1st class service
I ordered a CD from HMV on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered to the store on Saturday morning, shame I didn't check my emails, so I picked it up on Monday afternoon. Good service and the staff at Hanley Stoke on Trent are always helpful and friendly. Thanks to them and HMV.

Didn’t have exactly what I was after in the Hanley store but I was able to order it there and then and have it delivered to home at no extra cost. Friendly and efficient service instore and prompt delivery, with full tracking, within a couple of days 👍🏻

The tshirt I brought came in a cardboard box ,it was screwed up inside I've had it hanging all week then ironed it and it's still creased. It's a gift for my sons birthday, so my first hmv order online has not been good .
