Unhelpful, poor customer service skills.
On collection I was informed any problems I need to sort it out on line. I don’t do anything on line, to then be told we’ll come into store and we will give you a number. Lucky to get 3* first and last time !

Pre-ordered the new cure album on vinyl and 2 CDs and came as promised on release date in immaculate condition and also ordered some album ep frames which I've just collected today and came in excellent condition excellent service and the staff were really pleasant and helpful
