Great choice in store
Great choice in store. Was looking for a particular CD, just out and in stock. Also had to pick up click and collect. Excellent service. Staff very smart, friendly and easy to talk to. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely be back

A good simple way to buy music media. Deliver to store is a great option - keeps music store open and no waiting around for a delivery - and - there's always something else to buy when you get there :-)

Helpful and friendly staff
Nice, helpful and friendly staff. One v small point: when picking up the item, it would be great if the team could specifically ask the customer for their email, as this may not be the same as their name. But a good store: I was glad I visited and grateful there’s a decent country music section.

Simple and easy website
Simple and easy website. I pre ordered a DVD and it came on the release date. Which was brilliant. I shop at the Harrogate store and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
