Still great service after all these years
I don’t want to jinx it, but I am very pleasantly surprised and impressed that hmv particularly Onlin, but most times in store as well provide really brilliant service. I don’t know why I’m shocked but I guess I expected it over time to fade. Well done hmv keep it up for the next millennia to come.

Unfortunately my order did not arrive…
Unfortunately my order did not arrive in time for Christmas, i discovered the item was in stock, went to the Oxford St branch and asked if i could have that copy, as mine had not arrived. i was advised i could purchase that copy again, they could not just give it to me, and once my item arrived in store, my account would be refunded. i am still waiting for that refund.
