In store Q and A…
Bought tickets for an in store Q and A for Tori Amos HMV Oxford St London. HMV did not put any chairs out so everyone initially sat on the floor but when Tori came out everyone stood and as she was sitting on a very low stage, no one other than the front row, and maybe those on the second row if they strained to get a view through the gaps between people, could see. For everyone else we were just stood looking at people's backs for 45 minutes. Not well organised at all, could've been such a great event.

Good advice, good product, good service
Had very good advice from both members of staff I interacted with at the Oxford Street store when I was thinking of buying a small boom box.
Ordering the boom box was very quick and I was very happy to learn that delivery to my home was included. The unit arrived within two days, and it is a great addition to the house.

A very efficient service
A very efficient service. The assistant was most helpful. The vinyl I wanted was not in stock in store. But it was ordered and arrived within 3-4 days.

Matt B was great! He talked to us about what we wanted (Queen II Deluxe Box Set) explained it’s a hot item and they currently didn’t have them in stock. When he found out that we were from the US and only in London for a few days, he recommended sending them to our friend’s house in Torquay where we would be. He recommended the expedite to ensure they would arrive in a few days which they did. They were packed well and we have just landed in the USA with them.

Amazing experience!
Ordering online was easy. Collection at store for cds and wristbands was also great and the intimate gig and signing were amazing. It was well organised and all staff were brilliant. However there wasn't alot of communication about timings for collection prior to signing which would have been useful.
