Good experience at HMV Watford
I was looking for a particular CD and Cal in the Watford HMV store was very helpful and ordered it for me. Which I received a few days later. The process was seamless.

Usually order online, but occasionally use their shop in Watford now. As staff there very helpful as recently purchased 2 4k films 🎥 Awaiting minions 4 now as undecided if visiting or online purchase. Shop is very well laid out for browsing! JVB

Great customer service
I regularly shop in the Watford branch and the staff are incredibly helpful. Can't find what you're looking for? Want a recommendation for a good film? Just ask. Recently ordered online for the first time and my purchase arrived in good order and within the stated time parameters. No complaints.

HMV experience
Beau who served me was very helpful in ordering me what I needed. He was very polite and my order came through very quickly and I got everything I needed. When I went back to receive my items I was served by a different person who was also very helpful and polite.
