Went in store for some vinyl that was three for £66 and not all of them were in stock. The manager ordered them all for me and arranged them to be delivered to me at home a few days later.

Very good staff
Whenever I go into the Worthing store the staff are always helpfull and find what I need, I have never had a problem here.

The delivery of my items where broken. But HMV at there own expense token the items back re ordered them to there branch with great customer service 👍

Yungblud Idols purple vinyl
I ordered YUNGBLUDS Idols (brilliant btw!) in purple vinyl, after a massive balls up by the fan store. It was delivered to my local store as click and collect. Great communication by HMV, and very helpful and friendly staff at my local store.
If you haven’t heard the album, give it a listen. It plays homage to YUNGBLUDS idols: Bowie, Oasis, Rolling Stones, Elton John. Best thing he has ever done!

I keep giving 5*'s because ordering online and collecting is so damned easy. Why waste money on postage, delays, and the possibility of unintended damage by careless postal workers?

Fair price, good updates
I was able to order the item I wanted (Naxos English Song Collection) at a fair price with the option to collect in store. I knew at the point of placing my order that the item would need to be ordered from suppliers and was kept informed on the process in a satisfactory manner. Staff on collection were friendly and helpful.
