I have never had any issues with HMV
I have never had any issues with HMV, in fact l prefer to visit the store , my local one is worthing, as l used to visit the Chichester store, both are always helpful and friendly, l love to look round, but if l am unable to visit then l use your online site, delivery is always on time. Thank you.

Always superb service online and instore. Love this branch of HMV. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Store is well-organised and much easier to use than many larger branches. When I pick up an online order, I always stop for a look at what is new in-store.

rip off sweets
I Have Loved HMV since I Was a teenager and I still enjoy searching through the racks to buy a movie whenever i feel like spoiling myself .my complaint is with sweets every time my son goes in he goes straight to them and I say they are a rip off .but the unthinkable has finally happened and he came out after spending £4.99 on a pack of nerds.please HMV scrap the sweets bring back the comics instead
