My son and I love visiting the Worthing branch. The staff are excellent, they are always very friendly and happy to help and have great knowledge of their products. They take great pride in their jobs and make the whole experience brillant. Big shout out to Oli and Ben and all the Worthing staff.

rip off sweets
I Have Loved HMV since I Was a teenager and I still enjoy searching through the racks to buy a movie whenever i feel like spoiling myself .my complaint is with sweets every time my son goes in he goes straight to them and I say they are a rip off .but the unthinkable has finally happened and he came out after spending £4.99 on a pack of nerds.please HMV scrap the sweets bring back the comics instead

Easy to order online, HMV kept me updated with order progress. Order arrived at store on time. Very pleasant staff member. Only negative is that the item I ordered was very small but arrived in very large box with much packaging!

Order Incomplete
The order was not completed and even after a couple of weeks, the order has still not been completed, I used the collect from store option but there is clearly a problem in informing the store staff of the complete order, there seems to be an emphasis on what has been delivered not what is still to arrive. I suspect that the product I ordered will not now arrive.

Quick delivery of t-shirts to store. Friendly and helpful staff at HMV Worthing. Excellent communication via email regarding when the t-shirts were dispatched and then when they were ready to collect. The website was easy to navigate when ordering my garments.
