Very helpful with changing dates
I hope that can be passed on to Vicky who assisted me on live chat. We have had to change our holiday in Jamaica due to the hurricane and it didn’t make much sense visiting at that time. As my family were made homeless during the hurricane so I have been able to delay my holiday and help them out financially during the time being and join them in June. There has been an added cost which I’m not entirely happy about as I believe all date amendment fees should be waived temporarily for passengers travelling to Jamaica. However Vicky was super empathetic and acknowledged the smaller details. Brilliant member of staff thank you so much Vicky.

Great choices, great prices, great help!
I'd just returned from a holiday booked via H-H and had enjoyed it so much that not long after I got home I re-booked it again via H-H. I did it online, which was simple - and with great offers - but was unable to add requests (I want the same room again!), so I phoned Customer Services and they were ever so helpful and updated my Notes section. I can now relax and look forward to my holiday!

Discrimination in Tui Vouchers
Tui make you jump through so many hoops to prevent honoring their Compensation vouchers, I wonder what percentage are actually paid. If you reply Tui, answer me that?
My wife suffered food poisoning along with many other guests on our last holiday along with having to move hotels due to overbooking.
The £100 voucher, Tui generously compensated us with, we are unable to use as my wife is holidaying with her sister this time and not me, despite me paying for it. So she has lost her rights for compensation because I was the lead passenger and she is only married to me!
I appreciate administering vouchers have to have rules but there is no discretion shown despite a Tui operative agreeing with how unfair this is. It could be seen as discrimination.
Thanks for the reply below although you won't answer the question of what persentage of vouchers are honoured?
So if you are not the lead passenger you are discriminated against and don't have the same rights?
Does this mean we should book individually to have the same rights and certainly avoid group bookings?

Tui cancelled my holiday
Booked a holiday in may
To be told my holiday as been changed on 22nd Sept
My flight was from Bristol. Then I was informed I was flying from Birmingham .
Tottally unacceptable
As to talk to manager agent was rude and said no
