Ordered a bird table in plenty of time for my husbands birthday, e mail said it had been despatched. Phoned today to query delivery. Told there was a 3 week delay. Adviser then said they had been trying to let customers know! Just added insult to injury. One customer who wont be returning.

I have an order currently with Home and Garden Gifts, but have had no email confirmation. I called them and was told it would be dispatched the next day. That was weeks ago. Nothing has happened since. I can't contact them by email, their phone won't take messages and they don't answer and I still have no idea if my order is coming - it will certainly now be late for the birthday it was intended for. I just need some communication!

I ordered a Teamson Magic Garden Cabinet in early November for a Christmas presant. During my search for this item, I came across Home & Garden Gifts who were selling it at a competitive price. After ordering on-line with them, they emailed me quickly to inform me of the fact that they, like many others, were awaiting a delivery from the suppliers (not in the UK). Janet informed me that she was contacting the supplier very regularly to ensure they had their delivery on time and that I should receive it in early December. She promised to inform me of any delays and because I liked her overall honesty, I kept my order with them. Well, it arrived in November so I was very pleased! Thanks, Janet!

Apparently my order got despatched on the 8th of December- still haven't received it! Thought I would ring up to check whether it was on its way and spoke to the rudest person i've ever come across. She said that she remembers sending it, but sending it 2nd class. In the run up to christmas sending things second class really isn't the best thing to do, but she blamed the lateness on the post being 'up in the air' especially in London- which just isn't true :S
I told the woman quite politely that I need the product in the next few days, she told me to ring back after the weekend if I still haven't received it and they will send it again but there will be an additional charge, which is ridiculous considering they are the ones that have made it late. I never got told the estimated arrival of my product.
The woman I spoke to was extremely rude - I will avoid ever purchasing from this company again. Do your research!!

i've not received what i ordered yet, they did say could take upto 2 weeks but i've had no emails to update status of delivery.

Stupidly did the order wrong but very helpful staff realised and phoned me. Order received very quickly. Thank you and would highly recommend. Have used the site many times now

I placed an order on Thursday for a pop up bubble cot i needed for a weekend away. In my order i did specify i needed it the next day and thought no more of it. I have to admit i wasn't expecting my item to arrive in time as i had left it so late and by 1pm was wondering if it would appear!

Just as i was trying to work out somewhere to stop enroute the doorbell rang and there was a very pleasant courier with my parcel.

Thank you Home and Garden Gifts for saving my weekend and making sure my baby girl had somewhere to sleep!!

It has great service and delivered as promise as I need the item quite urgently as I'm leaving UK in 3 days last time.

Only downside was item which out of stock but didn't mentioned it on ads. Should update stock list in website though so we can avoid back order. So a star less for that. The rest is good...

I'm always dubious using sites I don't know but I would recommend Home and Garden Gifts. I ordered a personalised gift, it arrived prompt and well packaged. Well done.

Very unusual item, but had to phone to check it had been sent as waited a while. Was told there had been an 'admin error' and it was posted next day. Was surprised bracelet wasn't in a box...cost little under £100 so did expected it to be boxed. Also, bear in mind it is extremely small, fortunately the recipient has VERY slim hands so it fitted ok.

The ducklings I chose arrived on time for my friend's birthday despite my delayed ability to respond to questions about colour. Very many thanks

Bought a Terramundi money pot from Home & Garden but am a little disappointed with the size of the pot and price. It is smaller than others I have bought as gifts and twice the price so will be wary of buying from them again. On the plus side delivery and communication was faultless.

Bought a side gate, arrived in 10 days, plenty of contact to keep me informed of the status of my order. Lovely delivery guy phoned ahead to give approximate delivery window and arrived 5 mins early! Although gate hasn't been fitted yet it is sturdily built, is not warped or bowed in any way and should last for years. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

I like to comment how fast and efficiently I received my gift of a Tide Recycled Clock. It looks amazing considering it's made out of recycled coffee cups!

Even though my order clearly states 27 Hendon Street the address label was 2 Hendon Street, who are new residents.

The parcel was returned to the sorting office were the local postman knew the proper address and the parcel duly arrived two days later

Very disappointed that the item I chose (and my money was taken) was no longer stocked. I have now received a refund, which is fine, but why have it on the website if you don't stock it!?
