My first purchase from them and item ordered on Friday and arrived Monday. Internet shopping as it should be.

This was a repeat order for some wooden air fresheners. I think they are great value and do the job very well. They were sent out on the day of the order, but I'm convinced they were mis-delivered by Royal Mail. I contacted Customer Service by email. They replied very promptly and sent replacements the same day. I would very much recommend this company. It might be on-line shopping, but I've found them to be very friendly and helpful if you need to contact them.

Item not used yet so unable to comment on it's success but delivery very quick.

will use this shop again

I ordered this gift for a family birthday having seen it in a well known department store. Even with postage it cost less and arrived in mint condition.

We ordered the pergola abd was delivered quickly but no instructions to put it up but we were telephoned to disuss how thi was done. We were also missing parts to assemble but once we telephoned it was sent straight away. despite the few problems I think they aim to please and i was not dissappointed other than the fact the item was so nice I wanted the larger one but my husband had already put it in but we have made it look great with plants e.t.c I would reccommended

It was great service. My order came so much quicker than i was expecting. Can't fault it! The Isle of Wight usually suffers at the hands of delivery, but not this time!

Loved the product and REALLY loved the fact that it came ready assembled. Was very well packaged to ensure no bumps and dents. Product arrived within a few days of ordering. The only suggestion i can make is that an email telling me my product had been dispatched would have taken the experience from good to excellent.

I dont order much online but needed a gift that was a bit different and personal,so it was easier to get what i wanted,i vas very happy with how easy it was to choose a gift and have it personalised,and delvery was very efficiant much quicker than i expected,i would deffinatly use home and garden gifts again.

Good service, paid via Google Checkout, I actually received the item ordered before Google sent me the mail saying it was dispatched which was a nice surprise.

My only issue was that I was sent 6 items when I only ordered 1! This was very quickly resolved by a kind person via a phone call, it was a dispatch mistake and the courier came to collect the 5 erroneous items within the hour. No problem!

I would use this website again.

I bought my son two turd figurines to add to his collection.I was delighted at how low they were priced and free p&p,they arrived really quick as well.I will be happy to shop with Home and garden gifts on line again, and would recommend them to others.

Very good price but delivery always seems a little to long for such a small item and one they have in stock.

I am happy with the products I have purchased. However for the second time now, I have had a problem with the courier used. The courier needed a signature to dispatch the parcel. I am not at home when they deliver the goods and have to go to their depot to pick them up as I have no other choice. I think this is unacceptable from a courrier!

having placed an order online i then rang Home and Garden Gifts Online to just clarify something. Spoke to a friendly and most helpful lady who sorted my query out and went that extra mile to make sure I was happy with what id ordered (at no extra cost to me)-would definitely recommend this website to a friend!!!!!!!! delivery was super quick too (and free!!)

Considering i ordered three items and you were just able to provide me with one it wasn`t the greatest shopping experience.

I've only bought Terramundis but 4, 3 of them personalized ! Huge range & the only site I've found that has options to put more than 1 word or name on. Good interactive questions section to ensure you can get precisely what you are aiming for & company can be sure they have it correct.

Goods despatched really quickly. When I needed to exchange them they responded fairly quickly and the exchange itself was very quick. Recommend!
