Ordered scented wooden balls.Recieved email saying they were out of stock and my money had been refunded.Still waiting for refund!

Ordered a Terramundi pot on the Monday requesting a special message on the jar for my friend's 40th! Lo and behold it arrived the following Monday, my message as requested and the delivery and ordering was painless and easy :0) I would definately recommend Home and Garden Gifts :0)

It was easy to order and the product came personalised within 10 days.

4 days after I placed my order I was emailed by a customer service representative and was told the website had charged me incorrectly regarding delivery costs so my choices were either I cancel my order or a charge of a further £5.25 would be placed on my card.

I queried as to why I was being charged for a technical issue that was without doubt not due to any fault of mine and I was informed that "No our systems are working perfectly which is why you had to force the order through using ------ instead of a proper place". I had to educate the representative that in the Republic of Ireland we do not have a post code system so it would be impossible for me to to fill that portion of their order form completely. I did however fill in the fact that this was an order going to Ireland and their website populated my delivery cost, and therefore it should not have been an issue.

Instead of receiving an apology for insinuating I was attempting to defraud their company in some way I was told the following day that my order was cancelled and my card had been refunded.

I own my own web based store and this level of customer service is completely unwarranted and unacceptable in this day and age.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You could be on the receiving end of this paultry service next!

The item i ordered was not in stock. I had a voicemail to advise this was not available and I have been trying to get a refund for this as i do not require an alternative but have had no response. I have emailed twice with no reply and when trying to call there is no answer.
Im hoping i get a response from this review to confirm when my refund will be made.Order 30233.

Easy, straightforward website - personalised gift for a friend. Delivered direct, no problems at all.

Item arrived very quickly, well packed.

The website was really easy to navigate around offering a huge selection. All information was really clear with no hidden clauses. Would definately recommend to a friend.

The wooden border edging that was delivered to me was not packaged very well. When I unpacked the parcel some of the edging was damaged.

Also, the edging itself does not appear to be very well made, therefore I am hoping that it lasts more than one winter in my garden!!

I bought an item from the company that I had struggled to find elsewhere. Delivery took approx 5 days but there was no charge so I can't complain at all. Customer service staff were pleasant & helpful. I would use this website again.

I ordered my items on Monday and the items were with me on Wednesday. It was excellent service, I rang with an enquiry on the Monday and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would most definately order from there again and recommend to friends.

Seen a Beefeater Barbeque ordered it as the price was unbelievable and so it was after they took my money I was called and told that they had only two of these at this price I had missed out how sad, why did someone else want to deal the same day as me, but alas we could sell you one at cost price £450.00, funny other sites can sell it cheaper.
So my family and I shall have to ponder about what could have been

I found it a quick and easy to use website and was pleased with the speed of delivery of the items. I got exactly what I wanted at a good price without compromise.
