Found what I wanted and ordered it online, was a bit difficult to do straight away, but managed to order it. It was delivered as stated, so was very pleased.

Very efficient service, good value , and friendly staff

We went into the Eastbourne branch and were looking at kitchen doors. The store manager Sam Kempster served us and was so helpful. We were both struck by her warm manner and depth of knowledge and being so willing to help us when she would have clearly been busy. On our way out my mum purchased an outdoor ottoman and the guy who served us was again warm, helpful and went out of his way, by carrying it to the very far end of the carpark where I was parked. Sorry I don't know his name to mention. It was just a lovely pleasant experience all round and we will both make that our first stop when needing home items. Thanks Sam and chap, top class customer service, much appreciated!

Very helpful in finding a wallpaper that suited our needs, both in store and online. I was able to have samples to check for colour and style and then reserve rolls using Click and Collect. My husband was also able to pick them up even though I had the confirmation, as he was able to answer key questions.

Click & Collect was easy as pie, and got some great paint advice into the bargain.

Ordered online everything went well, goods arrived on time and at the right place. Very good service.

Easy online ordering and quick, hassle free collection

I did a click and collect order. The items were ready really quickly, and collection was simple. The staff were really helpful and friendly. My items were even better than expected and far cheaper than everywhere else.

Member of staff located my click and collect order immediately and arranged for an another member of staff to help me put my purchase in my car. He was very friendly and helpful. I’m also very pleased with my cube storage which was very easy to assemble
