Took Monies and no Refund was ever given

BE AWARE - they do not give refunds < complaints
My son order a suit for Prom, but it did not fit. They gave us the Run around. He email them within 7 days and they kept asking the same questions over and over even after he provided info

3. send picture of the size of suit
This is a SCAM and it breaks my heart because he worked hard for his monies and they NEVER refund or sent him any monies back. It is sad how China does us and we fall into their crafty ways and trust their word. I pray that International eCommerce does something about these websites. Beware!!!

Homrain has no real customer service

We ordered a prom suit on April 5th with expedited shipping as the prom date was 4/13. Order WBHRUS00004107
-I sent first email (as there is no other way to contact) on 4/09 concerned that the order had not shipped explaining that it was needed for 4/13. (Side note: no replies to any emails in any folder, I’ve checked everything).
-a shipping notification was sent on 4/14, which was useless to us as it was post prom.
-I’m not sure when the package actually arrived as I was traveling for work, but when I opened it up to see how to return there was absolutely no paperwork or instructions. So I reached out via email again on 4/24. No response. Again.
-sent another email 4/26, no response (and, yes, I checked the spam folder. . I plan to see if the credit card company I used might be able to help me.
-I am writing this in hope that it helps other people avoid this issue.

ordered my dress March 30. Got order number. Haven't gotten anything else since. Sent 2 messages asking for update. Nothing. need by end of next week, doubt I'm getting it. Time to look for another dress.

HORRIBLE customer service!

HORRIBLE customer service!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The dress was beautiful, but didn't fit my kiddo. Tried repeatedly to contact customer service to return it. NOTHING!! I sent the dress back (along with all the emails I had sent them), still nothing. Only heard back from them when I put a dispute in with my credit card.... Still have not received my money back and it has been close to 3 months.

Dress size is off, not as pictured ID# WBHRUS00001674

Ordered a dress for my daughter for her formal, dress came but the size was way off and looked nothing like the photo. I have tried contacting them over a week to return the item, meaning you have to wait on emails for returns, and have already purchased another dress from them. I haven't received any info, on getting it returned. The customer service is horrible, being email only. I would not recommend.

This company is a scam.
I ordered this dress for my prom. On the website it said it would be here a week before my prom. It did not come in time even after contacting them. I had to order another dress. I wasted my time waiting for this dress.

Do not order from here, misrepresented delivery date

Misrepresented delivery date when placing order. I paid for expedited delivery on 2/25 since I needed this for an occasion. I sent email looking for a delivery update and received a generic response saying it’s still processing and would let me know once shipped. As of 3/7 no response. I emailed them twice asking to cancel and provide me a refund and they refuse to respond so I called my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Do not order from here! Scammers

Are using my picture as false advertising

I didn’t buy from them yet they are using a picture of my in their website to sell a dress for $130 when the dress is $850 from Sherri hill. I do not want to be associated with this false advertising. The reviews on their website are also fake, they have screenshotted pictures of my friends and put fake names saying they love the dresses.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

The dress I received was nothing like I saw online and did not fit despite getting the absolute smallest size. IT WAS HUGE! They were not willing to let me return the dress even though it was unworn except when I tried it. STAY AWAY!!

Scam - do not buy from them

Do not buy!!!
Ordered what looked like a beautiful dress online for my daughter’s dance. The dress took two weeks to arrive - the dress was nothing like the photo. I paid $145.79 for an ugly cheap quality dress. The design pattern, color, material, and sequins were nothing like the photo. The sequins were falling off all over the floor as she opened the bag. No tag on the dress which seemed very odd. Needless today say - Extremely disappointing and I would never purchase from them again. My daughter was very upset. I’ve contacted them to return the dress and I’m still waiting for a response. There is NO phone number to call only email. Do NOT purchase from them!!! Apparently- multiple people are having the same issues. This company doesn’t even deserve a star !

The dress I ordered was sent back by…

The dress I ordered was sent back by the postal station before I could pick it up. I've contacted the support mail three times, all of my mails were ignored. I never received an answer or a refund. DO NOT BUY

Edit June 2024: I was recently contacted by the support department and offered a refund of 40%, then 40% and a voucher for the remaining 60%. After I said that was not acceptable to me, I was finally given a full compensation. I do hope they keep more on top of their customer support than in the beginning of this year.

This company don't deserve any star

This company does't deserve any star. The dress picture doesn't look at all like the dress they sent. It was so ugly that my daughter didn't even try it. This company is an scam. The material is horrible and it looks like it's handmade by a little kid. Horrible quality. The dress doesn't have any label so you don't know where is it made or if its new? The company made me paid to ship the dress back, shipping cost was $8 and the also charged me $18 for their shipping, which is double than real shipping cost. So they also scam you on the shipping. They shouldn't charge shipping when you don't receive what you bought. SCAM DO NOT BUY. I wish I could post the pictures. I wrote a review on their website and they never posted it. So even their reviews are fake.

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I emailed them to check the status of my order and when they wrote back saying it would arrive the day before homecoming I requested to cancel it. They even asked me in my email if I’d like to cancel it. I NEVER heard back from them and never received a refund. I now have a $100 homecoming dress in my closet that I didn’t wear! Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a homecoming dress for my…

Ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter. In took 32 days to come in missing homecoming. To make matters worse it was tailored wrong and would not have fit anyway. To make matters even worse. They refuse to do a return.
This is the Chinese stealing out money and out information. They need to be stopped and stopped now. These people at Homrain.com are total POS. Don’t buy from them

Those 5 star reviews are BS

Those 5 star reviews are BS. They don’t deserve a star period. Please don’t not buy from HOMRAIN. Believe every single one of those 1 star reviews. The photos being advertised doesn’t look anything close to the product. I immediately tried to get a refund once I received my package. The refund process has been a joke. Still waiting to get my $236.00 refunded.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. This company is a joke. It's coming from out of the country, and you can never speak to a human. My expedited shipping for the dress I ordered came 2 weeks late. Cannot reach a soul for support.
I'm extremely dissatisfied and annoyed. DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMRAIN. The dress is ugly, not what it looks like online.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMRAIN

DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMRAIN! I got the dress I ordered in the timeframe they stated but it should have been a 14 and it’s not even close. It’s more like a 6. Material was cheap. I emailed to start the return process and all my emails were answered UNTIL they received their dress back, then silence! They got their product and I’m out the $150! I’ve sent numerous emails to no avail! Don’t waste your money!
