Hotbit Exchange 

Hotbit scammed me out of my POKT, fake promises of reimbursement or open trading.

Terrible exchange. They extort you for ETH to an unknown address to get coins you sent to their exchange released. They also have zero public info about their location. They are clearly hiding their location since they are scammers. DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE

Honestly I was very afraid after reading these reviews here, after depositing 2000 usd.
The reviews are concerning, and I felt I needed to share my positive experience.

I have tried withdrawing USDT > bep20 and it works like a charm. Received it superfast (30sec) on the other exchange. The only downside of the exchange is that the volume is very thin. Watch out before trading a coin, unless you want to hold long term.
Also watch out for withdrawal fees. This varies per coin. Withdrawing my USDT was 1 usdt per pull. If it was 50 or 500 it was still 1 usdt.

I don't get why people are so negative about hotbit. Possibly their own fault of selecting a wrong error? Just be cautious. Hotbit is legit.

Don't use they list scam crypto and then block the trade so that you lose money

One of the worst exchange I have ever seen in supporting. There is no trace and history for the tickets. There is no live chat at all but a robot which make you loop from the beginning with some silly questions again when you say at the end that you still have problem!
the verification sucks! My balance is there and I'm stuck in between and can't withdraw my balance due to their stupid system.

It has been freezing my assets since 9:12:21 o’clock on January 27th.
Given that Hotbit is the only exchange in the world that has the word Lock Freez in its fund tab, this is probably a way of abusing customer assets for this platform.

Because I could not use my assets during this period, I suffered a 40% loss.

Transferred ADA from another exchange, and when the TX was completed the block explorer shows the coins in my hotbit ADA wallet but on the app the funds were not in the wallet. Contacted support and 18 hours later the funds along with many others were all moved to another address in the same block. 8 hours later and all those transfers are still on this mystery address sitting there. I missed out on an early investment because of this and support has not replied with any updates despite my asking how long it will take. All I get are responses saying "be patient". OK but I've never had this happen to me before in the 7 years and dozens of exchanges I have used over the years. I also see a LOT of other people complaining of the same thing. They seem to just, take your funds with no recourse. Many of the complaints, the people said they never got their coins back. I'll NEVER use this exchange again. I wish I never did.

List coins they don't have. Than suspend trading and tell you to contact coin platform to resolve your issue😡😡😡😡😡😡.

I bought 4 no name coins at $50 each just for fun to try out their "low risk" and "steady" flagged investment. The coin dropped to under 1 cent and was dropped from their investment line. It was only $200 and I knew it was a serious risk but I was fine with the loss. However they "re-evaluated the contract" while my coins were locked and converted 4 coins into .04 under the new contract; a 100 old to 1 new ratio while my coins were locked and I couldn't touch them. The "new contract" of the same coin is listed at $120. Over double what I paid per coin. And in case you missed it, my 4 coins are now only .04 and my $200 is now worth $4. That I am seriously not fine with.

Hotbit stopped trading and withdrawal of POKT over a week ago, locking users funds. No explanation has been given. No timeframe to solve the issue. Has Hotbit stolen money from its users?

They are the most stupid scammers .... they fraud their costumers.
All is fake. Their volume, price and investing tools.

Be careful and aware from this site.
I can't withdrawal my money. Their support want to send them your all personal information.

Very bad site, they are locking assets without explanation and no withdrawal available. They also so do not update tokens to the new versions and forks

I am a Canadian who started investing into crypto in September 2021. This exchange I cannot recommend. I only deposited and invested $200 with this exchange to test. It was good I didn’t deposit any large amounts. Transferring Etch erc20 was almost lost by Hotbit. It took 2-3 days to resolve. My google Authenticator was not properly transferred when I received a new phone. I sent them more than enough information from original transaction screen shots to my ID and was emailing them from my registered email account. Useless customer service. Every other exchange I use has been 100% legit. Bitrue, bitbuy, Bittrex. Hotbit scammers with useless customer support. Canadians stay away.

Don't use hotbit. Exchange. Fully scam hacker and lose funds. Iam loss. My 24 dollars no help. Wasted exchange

I believe that it is a gread exchange platform and very cheap rate withdraw, transfer worth. I mind that if anybody hold hotbit token. They will may be gain for hotbit token.

I was scam I think may be in my T-mobile accounts but i taught it is okay no since I had put in a antivirus from Mcafee and when i stream about hotbit it says trust line is good. I deposited 100 dollars and buy Solo coins and I have 23 coins and for three days I tried to transferred my solo to Xuum I wanted to participate the snapshot and airdrop. They wont let me transferred they said it freeze.. whooo it what reason it is already almost 2 days back and forth in the customer support and problem was not resolved. I agreed this a scam exchanger. I like to warn everyone. This is only my experienced but I am thankful only loss or not maybe .
