Product was excellent, and without fault. Came in a timely manner, and was handled professionally.

Howards made my life much easier. I ordered some DTF transfers, which came out amazing. They provided clear instructions, which helped because it was my first time using DTF. My order arrived in a hurry, which saved my rear end. I'll be ordering again.

The business logos that were made were all perfect. I like the fact they send a couple extra to test before applying. Really eases the newbies.

Good quality product. Easy to press. Communication over email can be tough at times but when I asked to speak with the sales rep on the phone, he called me within minutes.

The customer service provided was unfortunately far from satisfactory. We experienced issues with 900 transfers that were delivered with pinholes in three separate locations. Despite spending an inordinate amount of time over two weeks to rectify the problem, the re-delivered items were inaccurately printed on gang sheets. The issue was escalated to the ownership level just to facilitate a replacement order.

Their proclaimed "swift industry-standard turnaround time" seemed highly exaggerated. Marcus Howard, the owner, appeared to struggle with providing effective customer service. There seemed to be an unwillingness to accept responsibility, with the primary focus being on the fact that a replacement was provided for free.

Our team was forced to manually adjust all 450 gang sheets from the replacement order (we originally ordered 900 single items and paid extra for this service). This task was further complicated as the sheets were off-center, necessitating multiple cuts.

Regrettably, there appeared to be no concern or urgency to meet any deadlines on their part. We are left with no choice but to look for better service providers for our future needs.

This company really looks out for you! Not only did they save me money, but when my order came accidentally messed up, they made me new transfers and I got them within 24 hours or less! I love how well their transfers hold up. And I love that they’re able to print fine details.

I cannot say enough great things about this product and company! Customer service is PHENOMENAL! Everyone is easy to work with, their response times are super quick, high quality product and no set up fees?? 10/10!!
