Amazing support & communication
Had great suggestions from Candy on what to use for my project, which was awesome! Unfortunately the hybrid printing isn't online yet, I'm looking forward to that when it's back.
The follow up calls from Markus as well as Jeff were amazing, it's very impressive to have a follow up like that from prominent positions within a company and it does not go unnoticed. Makes me feel appreciated even for a small order and wanting to work with a company so customer focused which others lack.

Family Run Friendly Business!
The website was easy to use, the transfers shipped fast and the owners (both the father and son) both reached out to introduce themselves and find out how everything went.

Both times I have ordered, the customer service and follow up has been above and beyond!
I have ordered transfers twice now. I used them for shirt orders of 100+ shirts. The amount of time and frustration it saves is beyond worth it. I pressed images on 100 shirts and had them ready within hours the other day. The customer service is also amazing! I have never before had the owner follow up with a phone call to make sure I was happy either! I will absolutely order from them again

I've used HCT for years. There were a few times that I had to unfortunately go other places, due to no fault of HCT. None of those transfers compared quality and price wise. Customer service is great. Also years ago I first ordered I got a personal call from the owner thanking me for my purchase. I will honestly never forget that. Highly recommend this company when looking for custom transfers!

This was my first (but NOT last) order with Howard Custom Transfers. Their customer service was out of this world.
I have never worked with this type of product before. Their staff was able to walk me through what I needed my finished product to look like and assisted me in realizing what would work the best for me. They answered all my questions and even clarified some things I did not realize I was getting wrong (this saved my project and my customer was pleased).
