Lovely company with a great choice of products

i have an account with howdens over 20 years
and anytime i came to by doors or door furniture and send my clients to go to howdens, choose what they want and tell me to get the required items and did for many years and allways came across with sales guys very knowledgeable and enthusiastic for helping me and other clients in the shop but this time was different it was the opposite any question got an answer that i don't know please find out yourself and in some point i had to figure out how to read your screen.
i did order door furniture, paid for them didn`t get any invoice but the amount paid receipt and came back to collect them 2 days after the date was suppose to be delivered thought they are just ready to collect but no i had to wait for the guy to go and look for them for 20 minutes so this time was an afoul visit.

Easy to Assemble simple good price too

The quality of the products is good. The admin team is brilliant, they do deliver a really good service.

Jackie is a great customer advisor and gives lots help. If you have Jackie serving you have nothing worry about. Will and Nathan great managers and always give the best prices. Park Royal Depot is my best place and recommend all customers here

I had an outstanding experience with Howdens Park Royal. All the members of the team are extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. I want to give a special thanks to Charana and Harry, who went above and beyond to help me with my kitchen, especially after the terrible experience I had elsewhere. They really take the time to understand what the customer is looking for and adapt to the request.

The customer experience here is truly exceptional. I've been to other kitchen stores, but this one definitely exceeds all expectations. I even got a free lunch on my visit today, and that extra touch makes a huge difference. I look forward to purchasing more from Howdens in the near future!

Additionally, Liam, the driver who delivered the kitchen, went above and beyond to help with the delivery as my builders were not home. I really appreciate his kindness and assistance.

Our kitchen journey hasn't always been smooth with various issues (damaged/missing items in the delivery for example) but the customer service we have received in putting things right has been truly excellent! Very impressed with everyone in the branch!

The service very good

If I could give them zero stars, I would but trust pilot won't let me...The service started out really well with the salesman on our first visit but honestly after that point I have never experienced such shocking customer service and a terribly run company in my whole life. Our order took far longer than it should have, parts were wrong or missing around 4 times, one delivery was missed entirely, and every time I called I spoke to someone different, which in itself is ok, but they did not communicate at all. One employee would promise me a price or a replacement and the next one would try to charge me for the exact same thing, to name just one example. At the very final delivery which we had been waiting over a week for, the delivery man insisted that he had given us the whole delivery until I had to force him to check his van, knowing full well there was something missing and, surprise, one of our items was hidden under another delivery. The one time I spoke to the manager in desperation after all the miscommunications, he made zero effort to make reparations, and was just downright unbothered bordering on attitudey and rude. I'm honestly not just a 'Karen', my day to day job revolves around customer trust and satisfaction so I know what is required and this branch dont even meet the basic requirements of decent service. They caused me so much stress, Im just disappointed, defeated and seriously hope noone ever goes through what we did.

The customer service is amazing, Howden's product and price is also very competitive indeed

Great team from Will the manager, Frankie on Kitchens, young lady front of house and all the team make a really great and efficient crew. I use them for my construction company, property management company and on personal projects including my own home. Would highly recommend the Park Royal Howdens Branch. Darwin

Great service, excellent products.

Wrong sink delivered again! No word from branch yet after waiting for correct one all week. Confirmed codes with person on phone in delivery day but obviously not informed delivery team to put correct one on van. Other minor issues include laminate not being straight. P.S. This was resolved. Great staff. I do recommend the XL cork- backed flooring.
