Howdens brigg are exceptional in knowledge and experience, I always find them very helpful.

First experience using Howdens! I used the Bridgwater branch. All the staff were helpful throughout. I tweaked the design resulting in changing several Items without issue.
Delivery was a little chaotic and difficult to keep track. Appliances are competitively priced (Bosch & AEG). The Lamona washing machine is quiet and easy to use, however the Lamona heat pump tumble dryer was a mistake. It’s noisy fiddly to use and takes twice as long as conventional dryers.
Overall, the Bridgwater team provided an excellent service. If the product is as good, I’ll be pleased

We were fortunate to have Kasia design our kitchen. She managed to add a lot more space to our small kitchen, and made suggestions to ensure all areas were maximized. So not only was she skilled and knowledgeable about the Howdens product she was extremely patient and had many helpful suggestions which resulted in us having a beautiful kitchen. We were impressed with her professionalism and the fact she was always available to answer our questions. Kasia is an asset to Howdens and a pleasure to work with.

When we wanted to renew our kitchen and visited 2 suppliers with a good idea of what we wanted. Howdens made it happen and we are beyond delighted with the quality of the Chilcombe units and quartz worktops, the attention to detail of everyone who worked on the install. Everyone we met at the Catterick site was just great and especially Laura as we did change our mind on a unit, which she willingly accommodated with her bubbly enthusiasm. On the promised delivery date all the parts were present and whilst we had a little issue with the integrated dishwasher, this was sorted by our fitter very quickly.

Very helpful caring company . All the people I came across certainly knew what they were talking about . I consider it is fair pricing and generally good terms . I had delivery of part kitchen to kind of match in with what is there and again delivered on time helpfully and carefully unloaded . Will definitely use them again .

Not so much the staff, more the quality of product and their refusal to honour the supposed warranty. We had a kitchen in the Hockley range fitted 4 years ago and within a couple of years, some of the doors had blown. We reported at the time and provided images for a warranty claim. At the time they continued asking for more and wasn’t really getting anywhere. Taking up so much time and the fact it wasn’t the whole kitchen I moved on. Fast forward another year or so and nearly every door in the kitchen has blown. They have been provided more images and refuse to honour the warranty or give a valid reason as to why, stating it must be an environmental issue. It’s a kitchen, and we don’t jet wash the doors down. Absolute nonsense and I’ll never buy from them again. We have spent tens of thousands with them over the last 20 years. Never again. *****updated due to reply from business***** the message left by the business is simply optics, they are not interested in helping and simply say they have responded to my comment. Avoid.

We had a kitchen refurb and were taken care of by Will. He took the time to understand our vision and plan a kitchen in line with our budget. He was super communicative throughout the process and it was a great result. Thank you!!

We bought a kitchen from the Howdens store in Yaxley.
From our very first visit to Howdens in Yaxley, we found Dom the Manager and all his staff, in particular Yasmin, to be extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
We were looking to update our old kitchen and Dom was extremely helpful in designing this, with suggestions and solutions to any problems as we figured out the design.
All the staff were very professional and we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen, in particular we found Dom's suggestion regarding replacing cupboards with drawers very good.
The kitchen is of a high standard and we also purchased a new cooker, hob, extractor and washing machine during this process from their store and are also extremely happy with these appliances, which are Lamona.
We also found the after sales service to be of a high standard. For example, we had a couple of snagging issues regarding a drawer front and plinth and Dom sorted replacements out for us with no trouble at all.
We are more than happy to give this branch a 10/10 on all counts and we would certainly recommend Howdens of Yaxley for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.
