Keith was an awesome instructor but the examiner total waste of space how my son was treated on his CPC answering very well even Keith said he couldn’t understand his decision at failing him yet today he’s gone with another company who treated him well and my son answered questions exactly as he did yesterday and got hundred percent pas don’t you think that is odd ?

My driving instructor was Ady, he put me at ease from day one. He gave constructive criticism but with kindness and humour.

I passed my reversing test on day one after very clear and concise instruction and safely on private ground.

I have a chronically daughter and i am purchasing a large vehicle so this licence was really important to my future. I would highly recommend Hughes for training.

Very happy with HDT in Coleshill, Richard there trained me well and was easy going. I passed my on road class 1 test this morning and I'm very happy. Would recommend to anyone near Birmingham.

Absolutely outstanding instructor lucus and team at HDT! from day one, the team made me feel at ease and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Big thanks to my instructor Lucus for his patience, professionalism and attention to detail that really helped builded my confidence behind the wheel. I booked 16 hours C+E training course spread over three days and the forth being the test day. On the first day I met my trainer Steve (Plymouth) who in my opinion was was so good at his job by the end of the first day I was able to do the reversing part of my test and pass with flying colours, his decorum and behaviour was both calming and instinctual. He was able to navigate the stress of learning how to drive with light hearted humour and positivity reinforcement.

On the second day we where out driving on the roads, he was able to see my weaknesses when it came to drive and by end of that day was making good strides in fixing them in his warm friendly demeanor,

By the third day he had fixed my bad driving habits and encouraged me to some more challenging roads which I thoroughly loved.

On the test day with roughly 8/9 hours of training i was able to pass with only two minors a testament to his training ability.

Huge thanks to Steve at Plymouth. He was a brilliant teacher, put me at ease and is a lovely genuine guy.

Also would like to say thanks to Simon and Chris who really helped alongside to get me passed! 5*

Would like to thank Andy B from alfreton for his support and training. He is a very professional in his job and I have no bad words about him or Hughes driver training I would recommend them to anyone no matter what class ur goin for from the people In the office to the training group. I learned more than just driving a class 1 lorry Andy B will tell u more than u need to know and is one very friendly person to learn with.

I am very happy with the high quality of training I received at Hughes Northampton, which made me not only pass my test at first attempt, but also made me a safe and confident HGV Driver. Right from day 1, my confidence level went through the roof, all thanks to Keith who set me on the right path to success. As we progressed, I moved over to Nick who brushed me up with very clear instructions and positive criticism, which led me to succeed.

To anyone reading this who’s aspiring to be a HGV Driver, and is not only looking to pass but to be a good driver, then Hughes Driver Training is your best bet.

Passed my class 2 today. Keith was great and very helpful in every aspsct.

I passed my class 1 last week with Hughes at hook , Basingstoke , my instructor Tim was really great , knowledgeable, obviously well experienced but made me feel really relaxed and capable. If you go in with an attitude to learn and motivation to gain new skills and ultimately pass I would recommend Hughes .

Never drove a HGV in my life, came in very unconfident, had Nick as my instructor. All i can say, what an amazing job he done, passed my test first time with 3 minors, incredible instructor and amazing company, would highly recommend.
