I have no idea who they are

I have no idea who they are. I received some cheap tool set. I ordered nothing. The only way for refund is to go through VISA or whatever card you used and if enough people make claim for fraud, VISA won't ever allow them to use the card again, this is the only way to shut down such places, or FBI internet faud complaint, or your state consumer protection for fraud.

I received a bag through the post to my surprise as I had not ordered this , I had my name address, and postcode so I have no idea where this has come from and have no recollection of paying for this, I have checked my credit cards and nothing has been taken from them , there is no return address, only a card saying you have 7 days to return and you cannot contact them

Complete scam

Complete scam. Do NOT order from this company. I should have read these reviews before being tempted by their ads.

You've been warned. Hopefully they'll eventually give up preying on Western consumers and take their scam back to China.

Huiterr load of scammers

I to have fell foul of Huiterr and have had to give the nominal 1 star to be able to rate them. I wouldn’t give them -1 let alone zero.
I paid £24.99 for a hot tub on 22nd May and received a swim ring. I contacted PayPal after checking the package that Hermes told me had been pushed through the letter box. I must have a really big letter box to fit a hot tub through, inflatable or otherwise.

PayPal contacted the email address that they had for the company which as you guessed was the same Chinese company that others have mentioned. I got an offer of £7 from the company which I turned down and a few days later received a message from PayPal saying they’d found in my favour and refunded my full payment.

I feel that I should warn others that Huiterr is just one name used by the same company and that Facebook have other advertising using different names to offer the same products and other items too. They all have the British flag 🇬🇧 at the bottom of the screen, a head set offering the opportunity to call them for help and they all say WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE.
Steer clear at all costs. If it seems to good to be true, it usually is.

Not even worth 0 STAR!!!
I bought a work station and paid for fast delivery. A total of £27.98!!! What I received was flimsy piece of plastic!!
I did a search around 14th May on Beimac Co Ltd T/A Huiterr with registered office in 6-9 The Square, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, Middlesex. The director is called Jun Tian, a chinese person.
The scammers should not be allowed to operate and should be arrested.

If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars I would!

I ordered their laptop workstation on a buy-one-get-one-free and what I got was a cheap and nasty plastic folding thing - and only one!

As I bought through PayPal I was given a full refund with no questions asked. It transpires that huiterr's website is no more! But just be careful!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. We ordered a hot tub and received an inflatable ring. After reading all the bad reviews on these con people it amazes me why they are still aloud to advertise and sell these fake products.

Advice, if a company doesn’t have a contact phone number AND IT WORKS, it’s not legit.
China is causing problems with this as well as the pandemic and it seems our authorities don’t care.
They hide behind red tape and time wasting crap.
Just get the evidence, arrest the executives and destroy their stock. Then ask questions.
