Was dubious when ordering. I’ve got A refund from bank and they have opened an investigation. No one else has commented so guess they are not aware but huitter have actually taken our details for reoccurring payments!!! I was made aware of this when it went to the fraud team. The webpage no longer exists either. Red flags straight away when email Confirmation said dispatched and Royal Mail said was coming from China. They didn’t even list China as having a warehouse and said item was coming from a uk store. No one responds to the email address that was given and a card arrived within the package giving this dodgey email address: kerstavalomd30@ gmail .com. No reply from this email and states to email for refund procedure. I received a doughnut swim ring for £24.98 instead of a hot tub (yes I know it was too good to be true but was curious as to what would arrive) I have no idea what they were going to be taking reoccurring as luckily I caught it early. SCAM COMPANY

Surely there must be a way to shut this firm down robbing people of money

I have been caught twice by Huiterr and Guterr. I am also struggling to get refunds from either of them. They are without doubt scams but unless they can be stopped advertising more people will be scammed.

I ordered a portable work station and got a cheap plastic, supposedly, laptop stand. Got offered £5 compensation. Shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. Steer clear.

Just payed £25 for a swim ring which is supposed to be a hot tub , really gutted been braging about getting a hot tub , these people should not be allowed to do this .

A TOTAL SCAM!!!. Ordered a laptop workstation £24.99 and received some cheap plastic thing. After months of numerous emails and complaints, I received no refund or acknowledgement. Stay clear of these crooks!!

Ordered a hot tub received a rubber ring... How can this be legal.. No way of getting money back and refund policy

Scamming baskets i purchased this to being disabled the working station would be a help. More fool me i always fall for these scams that one star is the only way you get in do not believe it

Fraudsters!!
Placed an order for a wooden laptop portable table over a month ago and received some cheap stuff as described by other reviewers. Despite sending email after email they offered to refund only £4 postage.
I have requested for complete refund of £24.98 but don't know whether will get it back or not. Has anyone had any luck of getting refund?
Any help/advice/suggestion would be much appreciated.

Bought a so called laptop table from this company, was advertised on a chess game, stated buy one get one free. Looked fantastic offer, turns out it a 100% scam. they send you one small plastic bracket, nothing like what was advertised then after requesting a refund they only offer you $5. Im not giving them my bank details again as god knows what else they will scam me with.

Ditto the other reviews. Complete & barefaced scam. No reply to emails etc.

Beware of their adds appearing on 'Facebook' Market Place. May be worth asking Facebook whether they vet any of their companies that advertise with them!

Pure scam site. What you buy is not what you get. When you ask for a refund they offer a fraction of the cost paid.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I also fell foul of this scam for a wooden laptop stand and received a crap piece of plastic, they would only refund £5.00 or the full amount if I returned the plastic stand at my own cost. Total scammers do not touch.

I also fell foul of these scammers, sent for their wooden laptop workstation and received a useless plastic stand that might as well go in the bin, despite my complaints a derisory refund of £4 was offered. Unfortunately I was taken in by these SMAMMERS , robbers of the internet. Mr H Bell

Ordered a workstation desk from Huiterr and recieved a tiny plastic useless laptop stand. I had read reviews after I ordered it so I was half expecting this. Huiterr is a trading name for Lanshan District Yinglian Food Business Co., Ltd. Which I found out when I recieved my email reciept.
Thankfully I had used Paypal to pay so I raised a dispute over a payment. I was offered a refund from the company of £6, I turned this down as I paid £24.99 Paypal found in my favour and gave a full refund.

Crooks and scammers, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

As detailed in another review Huiterr is a trading name for Lanshan District Yinglian Food Business Co., Ltd. and their goods are supplied by Buylogic International Ltd (which may or may not be just another company name they use).

The portable laptop workstation advertised, pictured and described bore no resemblance to the cheap, flimsy plastic waste of space I received.

Fortunately I had used Paypal to make payment. I followed the procedures needed to raise a dispute over a payment and initially was offered a partial refund of £8 (of a total £27.98 I'd paid) by these crooks. I refused this offer and a day or two later Paypal found in my favour and gave a full refund.

If you do a search for Buylogic, Huiterr or Lanshan District Yinglian Food Business Co Ltd then you'll get numerous posts and reports of false advertising, fraud, etc.

Total scam.

This company is cheating its customers, Huiterr is a trading name of Lanshan District Yinglian Food Business Co., Ltd. China. We purchased a workstation and was sent a cheap and nasty laptop stand. They will not change or refund the purchase price but offer only a token to close any complaint. If it looks too good them beware of scams.

I ordered hot tub paid everything and shipping fees have tried to get in touch with them but no possible way it says put down on search what you need dealt with but it comes up time after time this message does not yeild and to top it all had let it er from homes saying there not delivering as need shipping delivery fees so it will most likely go back please please get these robbing scammers off and take notice of all the pop ups as every one of them are scams one way or another I think it's about time fraid squad got involved and saw all these poor people who were scammed I have also ordered a while ago a hard top gazebo I have emailed messaged etc but nothing except same as others get an unknown email address its disgusting too let this go on
