Scam ScamScam. Bad company. Do not buy anything from their website. A wooden laptop table that tilts and looks really good for £19.99 plus P&p at £4 they send you a flimsy piece of metal that holds nothing.
I have tried contacting them to no avail. I have reported through PayPal.

Ordered a “laptop stand” 2 for the price of 1. A month later received a tiny piece of plastic, that wouldn’t support my phone let alone a laptop! Totally different item. And totally inferior to the one ordered. Plus to add insult to injury, they only sent one. No response to complaint. Absolute con. DO NOT USE.

This company was previously trading as Roumite and I had a similar experience to thousands of others. I have reported them to Trading Standards and will let them know they are now trading under a different name. I have also reported them to Zynga (who run the ad on Words With Friends) but they continue to allow them to advertise. Warn your family and friends to be very wary of these type of ads, and follow the old maxim "If it appears too good to be true it probably is."

Shame on them . They are officially thieves .

Be very wary about this company. They advertise extensively on social media sites. Their business model is to advertise a great looking product at a ridiculously low price and then send out a totally different, cheap nasty substitute. They will charge £29.99 plus postage of £5. When the product arrives, you never hear back from any email you will send asking for a replacement or a refund. I purchased my item via my credit card through Paypal and thought that I'd have no problem receiving a refund via Paypal. Unfortunately, Paypal were not interested in refunding, asking me to jump through many hoops, including filing a report with the FBI!!!

After providing Paypal with all of the information requested, including a link to the items advertised and pictures of what was received, Paypal refused to refund, saying I hadn't given enough information. I have now spoken to me credit card company and, hopefully, will receive a full refund. Huiterr are a scam company, operating in plain site and Paypal not only know this, but are encouraging them by refusing to refund. I imagine this is because they receive a great deal of fees from Huiterr. Purchase from them at your peril!! You will be disappointed by these scammers

This lap top stand is a complete scam, FB should never allow companies like this to sell on there platform. Total disgrace, I will be pursuing this and would like an explanation why companies like Huiterr are allowed to trade on FB. Shame on you FB, I'll NEVER buy off your site again.

This company is blatantly cheating people by advertising a very versatile wooden laptop stand but instead sends substitute. A cheap, flimsy, plastic support to hold a small tablet. Fortunately I paid through Paypal and am relieved that they have refunded my payment. I hope that it can be reclaimed from Huiterr.
I had no choice but to give one star in order to leave this review.

Fraudulent company. Saw ad on fb for buy one get one free wooden laptop table, looked great, played with PayPal, 2 weeks later received one flimsy plastic stand and learned a valuable lesson...check trust pilot first. Will try for a PayPal refund but unlikely, did screenshot the UK office address for huiterr, maybe if I'm up that way I'll investigate and retrieve goods to the value of?

This company is a con.
I ordered the portable laptop stand which look like this on the website for £20.
What I received a couple of weeks later was some tiny metal bracket in a tiny pencil case sized box; nothing resembling the item advertised on the website.
An absolute fraud.
It's a shame i can't upload pictures along with this review, so that you can see the laptop stand that was actually sent to me.

Would give it - 10 if possible. Total scam avoid at all costs. Like others I ordered a buy one get one free laptop table and got a cheap stand. They have ignored all emails.

I also fell for this scam! Paid £20for portable workstation and received a tiny metal stand probably worth about £2 if that!
Avoid at all cost! I saw the advert for the workstation on Instagram ...... you’d think they would do something about it!

Dont buy anything from this outfit its just a big con. I recently purchased a workstation which was advertised as a wooden all singing, portable workplace. Instead I got a metal frame which can only be worth a couple of quid.....

I wish I had seen these reviews first, totally scammed was sent a small plastic stand instead of the desk shown, sent an email and no response. I cant believe how many people have lost money and been disappointed by this company, they are theives!

Same as everyone else. Ordered from an advert on Facebook Word game what looked like a very useful product, and recieved via Hermes a tiny laptop bracket.
Very dissappointed in Huiterr and Facebook for running the ad, and myself for being fooled.
The bracket also comes with a difficult to read postcard, with an email address, who did eventually reply to me offering me a $5 refund. Service email at Huiterr have given no response to my complaints.
I have complained to Facebook via Word, and have received no response from them either.
Will contact consumer watchdog.

This looks like a similar site and offer called ahufee random 6 letter website. If you look for the item on their site of plastic draw fillers, you cannot see it.

Would be -1 star if I could. Same as everyone else on here, scammed. Ordered a portable wooden desk and received a cheap plastic laptop stand. First and last time I ever purchase anything from an advert like this. Opened a dispute with PayPal so let’s see what they do if anything. Absolutely sickening. Do not buy from this company!!! Item not even close to what I ordered from them. 4 emails to Huiterr, no response!

Update- PayPal refunded me so don’t lose hope! These desks are also now being sold on Picanes.com. Same product, same site, same lies (buy 1get 1 free etc). Do not buy!!

Totall fraud please do not buy from them it's a scam.

Item Ordered was the Wooden Laptop stands and much the same as everyone else cheap plastic folding bracket arrived, contacted service , no response ... say these reviews afterwards( gutted :-()
