I ordered a Portable Workstation, on a "Buy One Get One Free" basis. The product shown on the website is very substantial and well made. ONE item arrived, reasonably quickly. The product sent is NOTHING like the product shown on the website, simply a flimsy plastic product.

I too ordered 2 wooden laptop stands and recieved 2 metal brackets instead 🤦🏼‍♀️i have messaged them twice now and received no reply, they are still advertising on samsung upday news! Do not buy, they are scammers who steal your hard earnt money!!!!!

I too ordered a workstation only to get a cheap plastic bracket. I emailed them and they offered me £4 compensation as it would cost ME more to return despite the fact it's their mistake. The ad is coming up as a pop up on my kindle constantly but they are obviously a scam site. PLEASE don't be taken in and order anything

I wish I had seen these reviews sooner. Much the same as everyone else in that I ordered 2 workstations only to receive two small boxes with metal brackets in. No screws to fasten anything together just the bars. I’ve tried emailing, messenger contact, bad reviews online and nothing at all back from them. There isn’t even a phone number anymore! I don’t know how they can get away with this!

Saw the ad on rebel racing mobile game. I've asked them to remove it. Thanks everyone for your reviews saving me from being duped and a huge amount of disappointment as me and my partner could really use the thing advertised. I'm sure they can be sued for false advertising and fraud. I hope you all get justice and these Scammers get what they deserve.

If I could I would give no stars. Ordered a portable work station which was advertised. Ended up with a cheap piece of plastic, they don’t even reply to your emails. Avoid this company like the plague

Not as advertised!

I saw a facebook ad for a really well built wooden folding laptop stand, so I thought I'd give it a try.
On their site there was a Buy 1 Get 1 Half Price offer, which I thought would be worth it.

When the delivery came there was only 1 item and it was a much smaller, lower quality laptop stand.
I have contacted their customer support email and I've been offered a refund for the delivery costs and they refuse to offer me a full refund in return for sending the item back.

I'm convinced their operation is a scam, since if I were to accept the refunded delivery costs I wouldn't be able to claim a further refund for the items. (so far as I understand)

I want to give 0 star for this....This is a classic example of fraud and scamming people, they lie and lure you to buy a fantastic portable stand and ask they send you is just 3 low quality 20 cm plastic scale like pieces which even a toddler can assemble. It's definitely not what you wanted, not even close to what you see in pictures.. i have no idea how to get my money back. Like a cherry on top they pull you into this by offering a buy 1 get one free. Which is total ********. please don't buy don't fall for this... PayPal please do not support this seller..i wish trustpilot give us an option to add attachments i can show people the received product.

Big con trick - keep you money - the laptop table shown costs for the £100 on Amazon- What you get form these con artists for £19.99 is a small plastic adjustable laptop/tablet holder.

Absolutely appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Ordered what I thought was a workstation that would enable me to work lying down as I have a back/nerve problem. What I got was a cheap, plastic laptop mount. Totally useless. What a con!

Not worth the 1 star but unable to give minus ! ! Like every other review I also fell for the advertising for the portable desk in stead I received a plastic iPad holder. Avoid this company

Same experience as everyone else here, don't waste your money. It's a complete scam and they take your money and send you a different product. The actual product is on Amazon for over £100.

A fraud supported by Shpock and PayPal who benefit for this. As like others on here, they put paid advertising of a product on Shpock at great price and then deliver a nominal product worth 5% of the advertised product.

PayPal UK and Shpock take no action as I bought it assuming Shpock and PayPal would have done some check and I would be protected from FRAUD. But looks like many consumers have reported it and Shpock and Paypal don't want to take any action as they make money out of it.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - Report to local and national trading standards and make other aware of how Shpock and PayPal UK are taking no action to protect consumers.

I ordered what was advertised as the wooden laptop stand that u was supposed to be able to use while watching tv , in bed or out & about as is meant to be small compact & foldable .
Received this plastic piece of crap that wouldn’t support a tablet let alone a laptop .
Avoid this company at all cost . Have emailed them just got to wait see if get reply if not will be going to trading standards
