Bike stuff is complicated as you have to add in compatibility. Thankfully the web page chat chap was awesome and helped me out a lot. The wheels sound amazing and the ride is smoother and way quicker than my alloy wheels. Highly recommend Hunt wheels. These are my second pair and I’m never disappointed.

Hard to contact
Hey. I sent in 2 different questions in the chat feature. Trying to verify which hub adaptors I needed to convert from through axel to QR. No responses. I ordered again what I think is right but not sure.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service which really makes Hunt stand out from other brands. The dust seals on my new wheelset broke, and Hunt staff were very quick and responsive when I asked for help identifying the replacement part, and they replaced the parts at no charge.

I had an issue with my bicycle rim
I had an issue with my bicycle rim, which unfortunately developed a crack. I contacted HUNT and was very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the situation.
Their communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and they sent me a replacement rim without any unnecessary complications. Everything was handled smoothly, professionally, and with real attention to the customer.
It is great to see a company that truly stands behind its products and takes care of its customers even after the purchase.

Contacted Hunts after I cracked my rear rim and they’ve been brilliant, I had no idea I had a lifetime warranty, I needed a new one in a rush for a cycling holiday at weekend and Joe Gorringe has sorted this for me. Amazing service and worth buying Hunt wheels. Jackie

Customer service second to none.
I bought a mtb wheelset from Hunt primarily because their reviews were good and the price was very reasonable due to a sale. There was a problem with the rear wheel which I contacted their customer support about. The issue was fixed immediately beyond my satisfaction without question or any hassle for me. This is why they will be my first choice next time I need wheels. And by the way, the wheels run great. Very happy.

Price good quality of build bad
Price good, delivery fast. Rear wheel pinging and clanking on first ride. Needed spokes and a re true on the 3rd ride. Dealt with Hunt with previous wheel set and they told me I’d cleaned it wrong and caused the bearings to fail. It was cheap bearings that time. So didn’t have the confidence to contact customer care as felt they would blame me again. Won’t purchase anymore hunt wheels.

As a company, we pride ourselves with the quality of the handbuilt wheels that we design, manufacture and build, as part of the build process the wheelsets are stressed in order to settle the spokes into the hub and rim, however factors such as modern tubeless tyres with tight carbon beads can throw the tensions a little resulting in the wheel need a minor true and tension check to which we would of course reimburse you as the rider.
