The watch arrived amazingly fast (even faster than most shipments from within the USA), considering it came all the way from Belgium! And it's beautiful. I love it! I've never been a woman that likes... See more

If you make a mistake, you pay and you get nothing
I ordered a ring during Black Friday. The reception was done a few days later. I regret not having had a tracking of the package, the GLS carrier is not the most reliable in the field.
Unfortunately the ring was not the right size for me, wishing to make a standard exchange, I contacted the customer service who told me that it could not be done. So I sent the ring back at my own expense and now I'm waiting for my refund.
Ice doesn't offer like many brands, free fictitious rings to try on (because yes you need the rings + shipping costs).
I'm disappointed with this experience.

Wonderfull
I have been a fan of Ice Watch for years, and it never fails to impress me with its stylish and vibrant designs. The watches are not just fashionable but also incredibly durable, making them perfect for daily wear.
What stands out most is the variety Ice Watch offers—whether you’re looking for something bold and colorful or sleek and minimalist, there’s always a perfect match. The lightweight yet sturdy build adds to the comfort, and the waterproof feature is a huge plus for an active lifestyle.
The brand also has excellent customer service, always quick to respond and helpful with any queries. I particularly appreciate the eco-conscious initiatives Ice Watch has been incorporating, showing their commitment to sustainability.
If you’re looking for a watch that combines functionality, quality, and trendy designs, Ice Watch is definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

Cognisant of the health monitoring limitations we are impressed with its accuracy. The Systolic is a consistent 10mg high against an upper arm cuff; the Diastolic is accurate.
The printed instructions are pretty basic as is direct watch operation. You control more functions, such as GPS tracking, though the App.
More comprehensive instructions may be found in the App, but you do have to look at each icon and then the sub menus.
