We have just booked a group ski holiday with Iglu ski for next year. There was a considerable amount of backwards and forwards to get something that suited the whole group and Christian was so patient with us and helped us find a good deal that met everyone's needs.

Efficient and friendly service

Seb Ibson helped plan and amazing trip for us with our three year old grandson and our daughter. He came up with some great ideas and suggested Club Med ( very family oriented) at La Rosiere with Petit club for ESF to help him ski. Seb worked into the evening organising the accommodation, flight times and direct transfer. The ski passes were waiting for us when we arrived. The interconnecting rooms worked well and the food was different every night. We will be booking again with Seb for next year .

A five star experience booking a trip to Val d'Isere. Clear description of the trip given, transfer perfect and the hotel was beyond expectations. This was the first time I'd used Iglu and will be using again

Great accommodation (Front de Neige, Plagne Villages) clean, spacious, warm & plenty of hot water.
Excellent support & communication from Iglu & the tour operator Ski World.
The Paradiski area has something for all abilities & we were blessed with great conditions.

Easy to book, helpful when trying to chose a resort

Online booking process wasn’t straightforward, but spoke directly with an agent via telephone who explained everything clearly and went the extra mile to secure us a good deal with free ski passes. Had no issues whatsoever after booking - everything was super organised. All paperwork that came through was transparent and the entire trip went smoothly from start to finish. Had a fantastic week on the slopes! Accommodation was adequate - have provided a few minor feedback points directly to the supplier.

Iglu has really good prices, even cheaper when you call them. So find your holiday on the web and call them after. Helpful staff, explained everything. Got me more discounts on ski hire as well.
The overall holiday experience was amazing. Lovely hotel, good communication in terms of transport to and from airport.
Would definitely choose Iglu again!
