Stole money that we paid for a ski pass!

Booked a ski trip for 18 people. Paid in full but they didn’t provide 1 of the ski passes we paid for so we had to buy another ski pass for £254. They have been messing around for over 2 weeks now. Despite providing every payment date and time and showing a full reconciliation they won’t give the money back. Straight theft!

Val Claret Ski Trip

Great service from Iglu ski from date of original booking in March 2025, nothing was too much trouble.
Holiday in Val Claret, Hotel Belambra Club (all inclusive) was amazing. Great resort, great snow conditions and some amazing runs.
Hotel was superb, staff Great and beautiful food and drink.
Loved the afternoon entertainment on the balcony (fondue cocktails and dj). Although mainly French speaking the staff made every effort to communicate and were so friendly with our grandchildren aged 7 & 3.
Ski in ski out brilliant hotel in superb position will definitely be back.

Iglu is now my go-to site for booking ski holiday.

I have booked 2 ski holidays this winter (2026) with Iglu.
Both times I have received excellent, prompt and knowledgeable service.
Both holidays were actually provided by Crystal but were slightly cheaper on the Iglu site. Plus Iglu were able to answer specific questions about the accommodation, resort etc. Highly recommended.

Iglu Ski - would recommend

From the start of the holiday enquiry through to the booking and the follow up, Iglu Ski were very helpful & informative. The hotel in Sestriere, Principi di Peimonte was great, super rooms, lovely friendly staff and a ski in/out location. Coffee machine & fridge in the room but no kettle, which is a minor drawback if you fancy a cup of tea in the morning. The hotel spa is super, but you do have to pre-book in the morning for the same day.

Good part :Very good location and…

Good part :Very good location and hotel.
Not so good: Confusion occurred when the Crystal rep told us to collect skis & boots from shop ay the hotel which, makes good sense. They could see from my paperwork that I'd paid for the hire but, couldn't see any vouchers. After I spent time going through my emails I found that you'd provided hire at a shop not near the hotel they, wouldn't keep our shoes and we had to lug skis, boots and poles in between the hotel for collection and drop off. Crystal and hotel didn't see any logic as we had a lot if trapesing back and forth to do.

Simply magic IgluSki!

I can't fault IgluSki. The booking process was easy, a telephone call to confirm check in details was answered quickly, clearly, with very friendly customer service. The ski trip was superb, the flight, transfers and stunning accommodation in Canazei, Italy.

The website was clear and easy to use

The website was very easy to access and use. Holidays were well displayed with all the information needed to help make a booking decision. Booking was also straightforward and very clear asking for relevant information. Iglu ski’s response to booking and payment was immediate with booking documents via email.

Paul was patient and helpful

Paul was patient and helpful, answering multiple questions from me on behalf of our group. This is my first time booking through Iglu, so I've not actually experienced the holiday yet, but customer support with our booking was excellent.

Helpful and friendly

I recently booked a ski holiday with iglu. I can't comment on the holiday as we haven't been yet. But Christian Boyd at Iglu was incredibly helpful, finding the right package for us. The option we wanted on the website wasn't available but he found us a better priced, better looking option instead!
