There was an 800 number I could call at anytime and there was also a person that followed up on calling me and so I felt like everything I had there was safe. And then I was very pleased with the results. I reviewed all my originals back. I really appreciate the 50% off promotion.

Bad results, bad service reps
Received 13 slides digitized that I assumed would be of high resolution. Instead they are very low resolution 72 dpi at best and pixelated, even when viewed small (5"x7"). Called to speak with a service rep at iMemories and was treated extremely rudely. Literally said "where on our website does it say you would receive high resolution versions of your slides...?" I guess I just assumed they were a reputable company. Why would I want my slides digitized at very low resolution? Will never use them again, and I could have given them a lot of business.

This is really just a scam
This is really just a scam. Pay for the box, pay to get the videos digitized, and then you have to pay monthly to even keep the videos. Very disappointed.

Great turn around time.
The turn around time was great. I had viewed these tapes with the original movie projector before sending. They came back in less quality to view. These were movies from the 1960’s. I am a little disappointed.

Don’t hesitate!
I am so pleased with I memories. Do not be afraid to mail those originals!!! the results are so worth it and this company gives you various great and affordable options for how you want to keep and view the digital versions. You can put them all on a USB, for a one time fee, subscribe by the month or year or even download the videos. You can log in on anyone’s TV to watch the videos too! For me, it was like I was visiting with my family again watching these old videos. :) additionally, when my VHS tapes were mailed back you can track the package and I saw them on my front stoop and it was raining and I was worried, but this company even packaged them in plastic bags inside the box so they were totally protected! This is the best thing I’ve invested in for awhile. Thank you for bringing these old memories back to life! I am actually gonna throw away my VHS now because I prefer your digitized versions and the way to access them. I highly recommend this company, it is an amazing business all around! 👍🏻😊❤️
