My first experience with iMemories
It was convenient to be able to send in multiple video formats to be digitized. Overall, the quality was good. However, on a couple of videos there is a horizontal bar covering about 10% of the screen that slowly moves down the screen and then starts over again. It looks like some kind of "digital noise". That part of the video is not really viewable in my opinion. Not sure where the trouble lies, at your end or in my original video. The entire process was more expensive than I anticipated when I started out with it. Customer service was good; agents that I spoke with on the phone were responsive and helpful.

Satisfied with video conversion and excellent service
The digitization of tapes was done well, and I was able to enjoy the old memories.
I had some difficulty to download the digital videos due to the link generation taking some time and the volume of videos and had to extend subscription to work on the download.

I received less than half of my movies…
I received less than half of my movies were sent back that I could view so even at half price I paid over full price to get those done very unhappy with how many you could get done since I know that they all played within the last four months of sending them to you

This service is very pricey for what…
This service is very pricey for what you get. Turn around time is good once they receive your items but it took about 10 days to get my kit to mail in my items. As far as quality goes, you get what you send in. If what you send is poor quality that’s what you get back. All that being said, I did use their service twice but I will look for another option with other media that I would like to have digitized.
