I sent in 51 total
I sent in 51 total, mini camcorder tapes and vhs tapes. I had them all digitized and available within the week.i was able to view them in Mother’s Day, which was special.
Some had problems with the sound quality and had to be redone but they worked with me and did a good job. Most had an improvement in viewing quality. I purchased the flash drives as well to give to my children. Now I have some peace of mind, and access to many memories

The videos/pictures were done earlier than I expected. Some were over 65 years old and the end result was really good. And then originals were sent back on time too. Excellent job. I would trust them with other photographs. Will have them done soon

This experience was beyond great
This experience was beyond great. I sent VHS tapes to have digitized for our children and so we will not lose all those memories. I received the downloads promptly and then within days the VHS tapes back. Highly recommend.

Cost is prohibitive & I should have been told at the outset that the $1200 plus didn't include the DVD's & Flash drive I requested at the time of the order.
Not very pleased.

Used imemories twice
Used imemories twice, last year for old 8mm tapes, this year for VHS. Totally satisfied both times. They keep you posted on the progress of the order and the process went reasonably fast. Ordered a CD of one of my VHS to send to a friend and he was very happy with it
