We thought we were getting DVDs and…
We thought we were getting DVDs and were surprised that it was just downloads.
We have attempted to put these on our TV as instructed and no luck.It appears that I have to pay for a membership .
We have called and to ask questions and no one responds.
Very expensive downloads.

Couldn't do it
Sent my tape in and finally called after 10 days only to be told because it was from TV they couldn't do it. Would have been nice to know before I sent it. (It was me on America's Most Wanted.)

Almost Satisfied
I was happy to have my videos converted however some clips were not complete and also some videos bled through and flashed up in other videos. I know this has to be a difficult job. A little more attention in that area would improve visual joy instead of wondering wow what's going on with this 🤔 For the price I guess I expected more. Due to my work schedule it has been very difficult to get my videos downloaded. But any other means of saving the videos, flash drives, dvd's, monthly subscriptions, was just too expensive on my budget. Thank you for work done.

I believe a virus came along with the…
I believe a virus came along with the download. Has anyone else had this problem? of course they deny that happened but it was right after my download to my computer and now I have tons of issues and stress from this virus. Imemories have reached out to me and we are trying to figure out where this came from.
