Fantastic service from imusic! Was so thrilled to get an original press of MJ bad 25!! Had to buy another as back up! Delivery was smooth, arrived quite fast and packaged so well! I received updates and tracking details (just useful if there are any issues). Very well packaged and in the mint condition described. Do often find artists I adore have LPs that cost a fortune in shipping on other sites and have arrived in poor condition or are bootleg copies 😔

The wide range of artists and their work is a great attraction, as I often buy music that my nieces like to listen to, and I usually avoid 😂 . I have mixed feelings about my experience with this store, on the one hand the record I bough arrived very quickly and without any visible damage, but on the other hand the website page had conflicting information which led me to buy one record assuming it was another.

For context, the record I bought had every single detail from a box set (down to the tracklist, serial number and release date) *EXCEPT* the "box set" tag. Once it arrived and I contacted the store via email I was told that since the tag wasn't there, the store wasn't really at fault and nothing would be done. They've updated the page with the record's real info and that's it.

One positive thing I can say about the customer support is that the person who helped me was very respectful and straight to the point.

If you want to take away something from my experience, just make sure to quadruple check that the record you're buying really is the version you think it is, because if its not the store won't do much to remedy that.

This is a great shop to buy vinyl. Quick delivery, safe packaging, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
