MERCHANDISE NEVER ARRIVED!
Order was put in more than 3 months ago. They responded once 6 weeks after the purchase via email that they are working on it, then they stopped responding. Had to make a claim through my credit card company.

Placed an order for shoes more than six weeks ago, never received the order. The company does not react to inquiries in any way whatsoever.

Ordered in February, not received yet (mid July). No visibility on order, zero response from the company

Terrible! Don't trust this company. I have ordered shoes, already some time ago (I cannot choose the date here that goes that far back:() . Delivery took 4 months. Shoes didn't fit. I've sent them back. And I have never received my money back. That was over €500.- Their customer support is a pure theory.

If I could I will give a 0 that company does not exist I order some boots they were so fast to take the money but I never got a email from the order. I had to call my bank to stop payment. Dont buy not a company no way to contact them

I am floored at the experience in purchasing a pair of shoes from Inch2. What floored me is that I had purchased from them before, years ago and it was a perfect transaction from purchase to delivery! I went back online years later and bought a 2nd pair (Simona Closed Toe Shoes) never thinking I would have an issue. I received a confirmation for the shoes but never received them. I reached out them several times via email and their Customer Support via phone but found out the number is an invalid fax number. I had to call my bank to tell them they are no longer a reputable company. BEWARE of this company, as they still send emails about sales and promotions. It's almost taunting since I tried blocking them. Oh, what a tangled web we weave...

They will steal your money...I ordered 3 articles, never receive it, they don't reply to your emails and they have the audacity to send you advertisements...pure evil!

Never shipped out my order after 3 months last year, and never reply to my email or messages. I had to call my bank to get my money back. It’s the worst buying experience ever.

I have ordered back in 2020 and after a several months I have received the shoes, which are great. However, I have ordered in January 2025 again and still haven't received anything. They are not communicating, phones are not working. Do not order.

I placed an order with Inch² on January 13th, 2025, and despite receiving an email confirming my payment and order processing on January 21st, I have yet to receive my purchase. Not only has my order never arrived, but the company has completely ignored my follow-up emails.

At first, I believed this was a legitimate business, but after researching, I discovered numerous complaints from other frustrated customers experiencing the same issue—orders never delivered, false promises, and zero customer support. It is shocking that a company claiming to be "award-winning" with "50,000 happy customers" operates like this.

Avoid this company at all costs! Do not waste your money or trust them with your purchase. If you’ve already fallen victim to their scam, I strongly suggest reporting them to consumer protection agencies.

I ordered boots from this company in 2022 and still don't have them. I was emailing them like crazy inquiring about my purchase. Initially, they were responding and then they stopped. They disappeared or went underground for being fraudulent (I read) and now I see they're back - I just received an email advertisement. How are they allowed to do this???

It's a scam! I ordered in 2022 and I still haven't received my shoes. They didn't respond at first, but now they don't. I don't have the shoes or the money. How is it possible that they still get away with it like this????

Irresponsible seller!!!

I had a problem with the boots I had just purchased. The Inch 2 company advised me to repair them with my local service and said they would refund the cost. As they suggested, I repaired the boots, but no refund for the repair was sent! This happened earlier; however, the system only allows me to choose January/February 2025.

This company is a scam. Ordered shoes November 9th 2024, they took money off my card November 11th. It is now February 2025 and have not received the shoes, I tried writing to their customer care email, their info email and the us store plus their contact form on their website. They have never replied. Am not trying to get my money back via the bank. Do NOT order from this company!

Ive bought a pair a couple of years ago, and I absolutely love them.
So I decided to buy two pairs for this winter, made the order in September, (we are 23 of January), I didnt get any follow up, Ive been trying to contact them, and get absolutely no answer. The contact phone numbers and email dont exist...
Is very dissapointing, and still, every day I check if I have news, cause they are my favourite shoes brand

If I put aside that delivery time was 3 weeks to a month since i believe a lot of orders were in delivery, these are THE BEST SHOES I have ever had! I STILL HAVE THEM. It was my first time online order and I was skeptical about the size and if everything would be as described but it was best surprise ever! Really hand crafted, the quality of the leather is very high and the size was like it was made especially for me. The Leather Brogue Boots are still my favorites. Best boots design ever!
I have ordered first pair in the end of 2018 i think, and the second a year or maybe 2 later. So again Quality Matches the Price.
I hope they will continue with the production.

Fantastic service and friendly staff … most of all fantastic food! Visually pleasing presentation of my favourite Pani Puri on a little cart.. quite a novel presentation of such a simple starter. 😃 mains were so good including the chefs special lamb curry. Thank you so much InChi Hal Green ❤️🦋
