I ordered a pair of boots years ago, no boots, no refund = total theft! I cannot understand why media is not getting involved 🤯 hard earned money goes into someone’s pocket and it seams to be tolerated by everyone, Latvian government + media. Sooooo so angry

SCAM! Ordered a pair 5 years ago,no product, no refund. If you have ordered, CONTACT YOUR BANK to get a charge back before it’s too late.

I have bought 2 pairs since 2018 and the order I made now in August I will never receive because they don't exist any more. I sent several emails and finally called the UK customare care number and the number belongs to some fourtune tellers!
As I have receipts from previous purchases I found the company name and all the details - the company Animo Forti was excluded in 2022.

It's completely a scam. I ordered a pair during a sale. Then they claimed that they experienced shortage because of the pandemic. Then the goods have never arrived. I wrote again, they claimed they would refund,,,,,, then their email completely became invalid. Now, they reappeared again! Don't buy anything!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!???

This isn't a company it is truly a scam , just received emails from them about their shoes .In May 2020 I sent them £169 .00 for what I thought looked like a pair of beautiful hand made shoes , never received them ,after many emails and never got any messages back never got money back either . But what I have learned read all reviews

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not buy!I make an order, and there was some problem with my first try to paid and I try second time. Now i understand that they took my money twice for only one order and no shoes, no email nothing.

If it were possible, I would give a negative star. I've ordered from Inch2 in the past and was very fond of the product. I placed an order in January 2024 and have seen my money disappear and no sight of my boots. I have been emailing them as they have been changing domains and yesterday received a message they blocked me. So instead of replying- I get blocked. Since January, they have changed their domain a number of times and I have contacted each one. The Toll Free number for the US does not work.

I have ordered 2 pairs of boots advertised with high discount in July 2024. I bought already a boots from them in 2019 and it was beautiful, I still wear them. This time my payment went through but I have never received an email confirmation, nor confirmed my shopping on the website. Fortunately I made a screenshot before I closed the window. I payed with my credit card, which has an automatic insurance on every shopping. I wrote several emails, no reply. Called them: the number doesn’t exist. After 6 weeks I claimed back my money through my credit card company, fortunately I have been quickly reimbursed. All in one: this company doesn’t exist anymore, I am sure someone stolen their name and online shopping platform and continue to advertise their shoes. Do not buy anything there!

It's a scam! I ordered shoes, and after three months of trying to contact them, I still got no shoes, and no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I’m still wondering How’s it possible that this company is still sending emails and advertising about their collection (and on discount) just got one today!
First order went well and received cool boots in 2020. Second order still waiting and it was done 2021 on Black Friday.. 3 years has past!
They used to answer emails but not anymore. Total scam company! That is a pity as there shoes where unique.

It seems this is now a scam site! I ordered boots from this company years ago and actually loved them. Last month I got an email about a sale and ordered another pair. It's been weeks and I haven't received any shipping updates. I've sent multiple emails to customer care and haven't received any response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They take the money but do NOT send the merchandise. They’ve been sending daily emails since June/July to potential customers, about a sale. They are taking orders, but NOT delivering the products. I tried contacting them via website, 3x via email, & social…no response. How is this website & social handles still working after years of complaints? Shut them down so others don’t fall for their fraud.

These people are Scammers! DON’T buy from them. I bought boots a few years ago and never received them. They took my money though. I was supposed to get a refund and they disappeared. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
