I had very good service from the company. Informed me of delivery and it was exactly as promised.promised. The priducts that i bought are excellent for the wiping and cleaning purpose for which o bought them. I also use the tena thick wipes as household cleaning cloths

However, I found the website rather confusing.. So many different styles of pants listed in no particular order, as far as I could ascertain. I had to be sure I ordered exactly the right pants.

I’m a regular customer having used various suppliers incontinence supermarket is now my go to company. Good service always helpful.

Everything from ordering to delivery went very smoothly. The price was the lowest I found and the product is excellent. My last supplier stopped selling the product i use and then, offered an alternative which was more expensive so I shopped around and found Incontinence Supermarket. Only slight negative is that they use Evri for delivery which are not always the most reliable but this order went to plan.

When ordering it could be easier to add a second item, couldn’t see how to add to basket.

Plenty of useful equipment sent. I now need to buy some Tena thick sanitary pads and I don’t know how to do that.

My order was alot longer getting to me, than expected.I had to phone to find out where my order was.Seems it was a warehouse problem.E mails and phone call were dealt with very efficiently and politely.Once my problem had been solved, I received my order in 2 days.
