Love my Indigo bed and sofa. Customer service and delivery great. Saving for the chest of drawers

Ordered a dining table 2 years ago with matching benches. The delivery was exceptional with professional and helpful staff This month I’ve just ordered a new bed from them with a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks and two weeks into the wait have been given a delivery slot of next Monday. So all in all 10/10 thank you very much.

Can’t praise the team at Indigo enough. Let’s start with the product, I literally love our new French club leather armchair - a design classic, it’s extremely well made, and just looks great. Having first seen it online, I didn’t want make a rush purchase, but Tracy in Sales handled my phone queries very helpfully and patiently - no pushy sell at all. A minor niggle about one of the legs was dealt with super promptly by the very courteous after sales guys at our house. So full marks all round for Indigo.

The store in Matlock literally took our breath away...stunning well made furniture which oozes quality and class. We have just received our four poster plank bed and it looks absolutely stunning. We are made up with it. It is solid and is exactly what we expected and more. The staff are so friendly and bend over backward for you if needed. They also provided us the wax for the bed for free. If you want a classic piece of well made gorgeous furniture indigo is the place to go. Thanks Indigo, can’t wait to go to bed! Simply FabulousX

I bought a 6ft x 5ft beam table made from reclaimed wood. It was delivered by a friendly and efficient 2 man team who put it in the room it was destined for and left me with the care pack. It is exactly as ordered and very impressive. It is so heavy I can't lift it which rather fixes it exactly where it has been positioned -so if ordering the same thing be sure where you want it! It was admired by all who came for Christmas and I love the uneven grain and the rustic and substantial nature of the table - it feels like an heirloom piece of some quality and suits my taste.

I moved into my new home not so long ago. It was a blank canvas, most of which was furnished by indigo. Now that it's almost complete, I would like to say what a great company they really are. Their products are of such high quality, their staff are the most helpful and just so pleasant. This is the place to go. My home is cosy and beautiful. So thank you indigo x

We bought our sideboard in Harrogate and received great service from everyone in the shop, however less could be said for trying to arrange delivery.
We had a cancelled delivery, that we were not advised about until we received a text on the day we had waited in on, to advise it had been delayed. The next delivery also failed as we had to chase again and could not be given a morning slot.
The sideboard is wonderful but I am now contemplating if the process is worth going through for the other items we require.

We visited the Tonbridge Wells store to view and order our table and chairs. The service we received from this point, up to having the furniture delivered was faultless. As we had to store the furniture in our house due to over running renovations, we did not unpack it fully until some weeks after delivery. We found one of the chair legs was broken. I phoned customer services, half expecting them to say that it was down to us due to the time since delivery. Our chair was replaced without any hesitation. Wonderful service, so refreshing, will certainly consider using Indigo again and would recommend then in a flash.

I ordered the wrong bed! And was so worried I’d have trouble changing it for the correct one. I phoned customer services and Sarah quickly arranged for a bed swop and didn’t even charge me for delivery. I can honestly say best service ever. Thank you so much. I love my Indigo Millers Bed. I might even order the side tables too now as it’s such quality furniture. Thanks indigo.

My wife and I have just placed our fourth order with Indigo and continue to be absolutely delighted with both the quality of the furniture and the exceptional customer service. From viewing at the Tunbridge Wells branch to delivery has been a very satisfactory experience. A very professional and helpful approach to customers from the shop and the delivery was dealt with in a very professional manner. All staff very polite, and of course the product is great. Would recommend for those looking for quality and high standards of product. Thank you.

Just had my delivery of couch, dining table and associated chairs/benches. Awesome service from start to finish. I dealt Tracy, super knowledgeable and helped me with colour and fabric choices which I was a little out of depth on.

We bought a leather footstool and leather bench, both beautiful and finished to a very high standard.
The process from ordering to delivery was excellent .. always pleasant and very helpful.

After an extensive search on the internet for a footstool of a specific size, quality and materials, we found Indigo Furniture selling some which were close to what we were after.
I contacted them by phone and spoke to a really brilliant salesperson called Tracy Eckart. Tracy understood exactly what we were after and made us aware of a different product Indigo sold called a “Pod”. This was great: it matched our needs exactly and Tracy recommended a choice of colour based on what we had said we were looking for. It even turned out to be cheaper than the footstool we had first enquires about.
We didn’t want delivery immediately as we were about to go on holiday. I told Tracy when we would be in a position to take delivery and sure enough, the day after this date we were contacted by phone and email to tell us that it was ready for despatch.
The very next day it was delivered by courier and proved to be really well wrapped and protected. We were absolutely delighted when we unwrapped it as the size, colour and quality were all perfect.
I am really impressed with the service, communication, efficiency and really friendly and knowledgeable staff at Indigo Furniture and will be recommending them to my friends and family. We will certainly be looking to them again in the future for more purchases.

Sean and Kev have just delivered, assembled and taken away all of the packaging of my new Hardwick bed.
They called when they were on their way, took their shoes off every time they entered the house even though they were to and fro to the van several times.
They were very polite, friendly and helpful as were all of the team I have dealt with at Indigo Furniture, from sales to finance to despatch and delivery.

We travelled to Tunbridge Wells from High Wycombe to purchase a sofa as we originally saw this shop in Matlock and the closest shop to us was Tunbridge Wells.

Elaine was so helpful, she knew so much about the product and did not pressure us to buy the product at any time, she was extremely professional and customer focused at all times. Now we look forward to sitting on our Indigo Sofa.

Superb customer service from start to finish, bed is absolutely gorgeous and amazing quality! Great comms for delivery and the men who delivered and built the bed turned up when they said, were polite and super speedy. Saving up for some matching bits now!! I would absolutely recommend indigo!

On 11/6/19, I received delivery of my lovely Crofters bed, from Sean & Kev at Indigo Furniture.
I had a call advising me of the expected delivery time and they arrived as expected.
The bed was assembled very quickly and looks great in my bedroom.
The bed is of a really high quality and competitively priced in comparison to other “fashion” beds. This bed will never need replacing, just a new mattress when required.
Thank you to you all at Indigo - I purchased through recommendation and would not hesitate to recommend you too.
