We were delighted to take delivery of our Haddon Sofa in May this year.
The sofa arrived early evening. Chris and David (the delivery team) had experienced a long day on the road and still had a further job to complete.
I can only say they delivered the sofa as though it was the only delivery they had attended to that day-showing courtesy, respect and efficiency from start to finish.
Both Chris and David were a pleasure to have in our home and definitely promoted, in a totally positive way, the Indigo brand we have come to know and return to over the years.
The Indigo experience is increasingly hard to find these days.

We have bought both bedroom furniture and a dining table plus chairs from Indigo over the last 8 years and have always been very pleased with our purchases. The service is also excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful

We have recently taken delivery of a plank bed and leather storage box.

Indigo have always provided an excellent service to us and this is why we continue to use them to furnish our home!

Nothing is too much trouble, the staff, delivery team are all professional and polite.

I have bought furniture from this company for over 15 Years. I have furnished my bedroom, living room and dining room. Their furniture is impressive and the quality is second to none. Depending upon your means you can view it as expensive but it lasts and the furniture i first bought way back in 2003/4 still looks great and the new stuff i bought last year is holding up and looks stunning. During my last order I had an issue with some damage to my property, after some initial to'ing and fro'ing it was sorted out and I was compensated very well. I only add this because, things do not always go as they should and you can only really get the measure of a company when you have a failing, then, how they deal with it shows their true colours. Indigo did well in this department. I wholly recommend their furniture as it has the wow factor and will set your home apart.

I have been really impressed with the service from start to finish. We traveled from Southampton to Tunbridge Wells to see the oak bed we wanted before we ordered so that we could be sure we liked it. The staff in the store were really pleasant and helpful. I had to contact customer services to re-arrange our delivery date as we hadn't finished decorating and this was done without any problem. The delivery men were really good and called me 30 minutes before so that i could meet them at the house and the bed was put together in no time. We are so pleased with our purchase and will certainly be recommending Indigo and ordering more furniture in the future. Many thanks again...

Had large amount of furniture delivered on Thursday 30th May. The two delivery guys were great, they took great care not to mark anything. I have just had a house renovation and everything is new. They put covers down. Thank you Scott G and Dave superb job. The sofa bed, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cupboards are amazing and look fantastic.

Sean and Dan L recently delivered our bed (a Georgian Panel Oak, Super King size). I am very pleased with the bed and their delivery. The bed is awesome, couldn’t be better! It was delivered as arranged and there was absolutely no mess for me to clear up afterwards – why aren’t all delivery people like this?!?

From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Indigo Furniture. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered our questions easily. We were told delivery would be between 8-10 weeks but in fact it was delivered in under 5 weeks. The delivery guys were very amiable and helpful and even put our old settee outside for us. And the settee...gorgeous! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Indigo Furniture, top rate.

I've had my dining chairs for about 10 years and can honestly say they are great. Everything is well made and attention to detail, as you'd expect from Indigo's team. I've just put a coat of treatment on one of the chairs and this has given good results. Not bad for 10 years and no leather treatment!

We are delighted with our gorgeous new table & benches, they look amazing in our new home. Bought a bed for son and partners first flat. Very easy to order online and amazing customer service throughout despite our having to change delivery more than once to accommodate fluctuating exchange and completion dates. Did everything they said they would, and more. Nothing too much trouble to ensure delivery process smooth and efficient. Delivery arranged and communicated as promised and bed arrived and put together in 30 minutes. Bed really well designed and constructed. Thank you all.

Purchased plank sideboard over a year ago from indigo, beautiful solid piece of furniture but i was scared to wipe it as when did so appeared with white patches everywhere & cupboard door didnt shut properly!

Spoke to Christine who was very helpful they took away piece of furniture repaired & replaced however when returned it appeared with more small scratches (maybe off transit) cupboard door still doesnt shut properly & bottom panel still very patchy & appeared unfinished & panel area across bottom of sideboard appeared worse when sideboard returned after repair😣

i immediately informed indigo spoke to Christine who again was helpful who then agreed to send me some wax to touch up patchy areas on sideboard that appeared unfinished!!

Im to scared to touch up areas 'again' as already tried & still end up with white patchy areas
Love the furniture & badly want to order more from indigo but im worried of same problem happening again.

After purchasing 15 items of Indigo furniture over the last few years and awaiting delivery of our 16th item, I must say the quality is truely outstanding, as is the professional delivery service and after sales care. Thoroughly recommended!!!

Just had Kev and Gaz complete delivery of our order. What absolute pro's and a credit to your business.

Great service from start to finish. We ordered a bed and two bedsides from the Tunbridge Wells store where the customer service was great.

All the furniture was delivered and assembled today. Even though there were quite a few stairs for the team to tackle, the delivery and set up was very quick.

The quality of the furniture is strong, stable and looks fantastic!

We'll definitely be buying from Indigo Furniture again.

I have recently taken delivery of two beautiful club armchairs - our first purchase from Indigo. I am extremely pleased with them. The quality of the leather and finish is beautiful and they look wonderful - they have also come with a lovely care kit. Very pleased indeed to have invested in some lovely armchairs and we will definitely shop with Indigo again.
