SCAM - do NOT work with them.
I deposited a small amount of money to start using the (supposed) automation software to trade on your behalf. I had a very aggressive account manager, Jack Richard, who instantly told me I wasn't worth bothering with and needed to deposit more money. The second I didnt agree with him he then started saying that all my money would be lost, etc. They try and hook you in with around £500 then instantly get you to up it to £5,000 - DO NOT DO IT. I lost a small amount of money which is annoying but didnt fall into the trap of putting in more which I am pleased about. They are impossible to contact as well which is very annoying.

Was called by Frank (Account manager)…

Was called by Frank (Account manager) who stated that they are the account managers who will assist me throughout the term. They then emptied out any credit limits I had on bank accounts and credit cards. I have since emailed them and rang them . Their number is dead. The emails get deleted without being read. THIS IS A PURE SCAM AND YOU SHOULD NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY.

Withdrawal is impossible!! Is this a scam online trader?

This company in fact has a good trading system and good brokers, to guide you on trading. However, request on withdrawal is impossible at this juncture. I have been asking for withdrawal since 2 months ago, several times, and still not getting a single cent.

I am very disappointed and hence I have made a decision to close the account permanently. Already sent several emails since last month but so far no feedback at all.

I must tell the management of Infinitrade this-- You have lots of potential, good system and good brokers. However, you cant' prove your ability on customers' withdrawal. No point for your customers make million of profit but not able to withdrawal the profit. I really hope the management would seriously look into this for future improvement. This is very important to gain the customers' confidence to stay with the company.

Nevertheless, I must thanks Adriana, being the good and responsive broker. She has been very helpful in assisting me to make profit and educating me about trading. This is far above my expectation.

Please reply my emails..........I am not sure....is this a scam online trader??? Where is the customer support team?

For everyone out here that has fallen…

For everyone out here that has fallen for this company and those that have not.This is a fraud agency they work with some Nigerian fraudsters to collect your money..The trade platform is not live,it's a demo platform tonmakw you believe you have invested some money.Its all fraud they never give you your money back.
Please stay away from them.

I'm disgusted at Infinitrade's level of…

I'm disgusted at Infinitrade's level of dishonesty!!!
Upon sign up these people; SCAMMERS use a software to share your computer. They then access your account in the name of showing you how to trade. Once they gain control of your PC, they try to coax you into increasing your deposit by showing you the profits you can make potentially if you did. Once I refused to barge to their pressure, Jack, the so called account manager told me that because I wasn't ready to increase my deposit he will have to get a junior accounts manager to call and assist me. This never happened!!! Nobody ever called me!!! I checked my account each day after that and realised that there were no activities going on on my account. My trading platform showed that no trading positions had been opened and my account balance showed £250. Infinitrade has proof of this because I sent them the screenshots to confirm this, when they tried to imply in an email that the reason why I couldn't withdraw was because I had trading positions opened. It was at this stage that I decided to close my account because I'd taken the money from my credit card and I needed to put it back to avoid paying interest on it since it wasn't being traded with. I called the support team on 29th May to assist with the refund as I couldn't do it and Eliza asked me to email her the error message, which I did. On 30th May I also emailed her a screenshot to prove that no trading positions were opened when she implied that was the reason why I couldn't withdraw my deposit. She then emailed back to say that they have passed it on to the finance team to process. Each time I sent them a screenshot of the error message, the balance of £250 showed. Why on earth will I then open a trading position even if I knew how to, when I've already made a request of £250. The last time I took a screenshot showing the balance of £250 was 5th June so how come on 6th June when the refund was processed, I only had a balance of £101.65? And then for the first time I started getting margin alert emails asking me to add more money to my account. I asked for my account to be closed and my deposit refunded, so why did I still have tradings going on?
I'm going to forward every correspondence and screenshots to Trustipilot's compliance team so that they can verify what I'm saying. And once they have confirmed the truth in my submission, I'll request that they remove all the dishonest responses from Infinitrade so that others are not misled into believing their lies.
I'm urging everybody to read all the 1 star reviews and you will realise that we all have had trading positions opened for us without our consent and our requests for our deposits to be refunded have been ignored. You will also realise that infinitrade keeps on alleging in their responses that we are the only ones with access to our accounts, which is DISHONEST and MISLEADING!!! Once you allow them to share your computer, I believe they have a way of proving that you are the one who opened the trading positions instead of them. BE CAREFUL!!!

In response to your misleading reply, please note that I said Jack REFUSED to teach me how to trade because I wouldn't add more funds to the account. He told me that he will ask a junior account manager to call me, but that NEVER HAPPENED It is therefore the reason why I decided to withdraw my funds. JACK DIDN'T TEACH ME HOW TO TRADE SO I COULDN'T HAVE OPENED ANY TRADE POSITIONS BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO AND I STILL DON'T!!!! STOP YOUR LIES. YOU KNOW WHO OPENED THE TRADING POSITIONS. I'M GLAD YOU HAVE ADMITED TO MY SCREENSHOTS. PLEASE CONFIRM THE DATES THAT I EMAILED THEM TO YOU AND THE CONTENTS OF MY EMAIL AND THE SUBSEQUENT EMAILED THAT FOLLOWED FROM YOURSELVES.

I HAVE PASSED THIS MATTER TO MYCHARGEBACK TO DEAL WITH IT. THEY ARE THE EXPERTS!!!

You have previously mentioned that you did not know how to trade, and now you have mentioned that someone assisted you on how to trade through a software which you authorized, as it requires both parties to accept in order to use the software. However, despite the fact that one of our agents guided you on the platform, they did not trade on your behalf.

You opened trades on your account and the fact remains that only Infinitrade's clients have access to their account, and I am not able to provide further information on this page due to our protocol. The account is yours and the questions you asked such as "Why on earth will I then open a trading position even if I knew how to" we wouldn't be able to respond as only you would know this.

You have stated "when I've already made a request of £250.", you have also previously stated and which we have confirmed that you had an error message due to open trades, so how could you have already made a request on your trading account.

In regards to your last claim of Infinitrade writing "Dishonest" and "Misleading" responses, this is completely untrue, our system is automated and if we were dealing in any fraudulent type of way it is not logic that we would respond to your every review, let alone, your emails. We have no sort of way that allows us to access a client's account, it's against our policy and terms and conditions.

We have checked your emails and the screenshots that you have stated, does not even contain an date for us to verify or clarify.

We would also request you use the "Update Review" option for any further reviews you may write, or any updates that you would like us to take into consideration.

I can prove everything I wrote in my review by emails to anyone interested. I keep everything and can share this information with anyone interested. I sign my contract with Infinitrade not with Mario Peligrini. I have disputes with you true my bank. Infinitrade brake their terms and conditions, I ask to close my account, stop to trade from my name and refund my founds. That day it was more then £1900 and I was ignored, after that it was more than £3000, but my request was ignored, and infinitrade start new trading from my account. Your reply was -“ maybe Mario didn’t read your email”. I can provide all information . Then My bank start disputes with infinitrade from my name. By today I have refund after disputes £300. Its a joke? Why you keep trading from my account?

I don't see any withdrawal request of 19,000 on your account and all your requests are shown on your account.

You received a withdrawal of GBP 300 because you requested the amount from your trading account, as specified in our previous review response to you, only you and yourself have access to your account and no one else, unless you have provided a third party access to your account, in this case Infinitrade cannot and will not be held responsible.

I have requested a representative to get back to you ASAP to get this situation sorted and clarified.

I have registered with infitrade 16th…

I have registered with infitrade 16th of May deposited £250, then received a call from the account manager Mario Peligrini pressuring me to ad £1000 so I can make more money. He then added £55 to my 250 claiming it was a profit but when I checked it was cash back, I refused he got very upset and unprofessional over the phone, I did the trading my self got it to £570 in few days they traded without my permission lost me £319 then more when I requested a withdrawal and he just kept trading I am still trying to withdraw the £307 that is in the account at the moment, no one is replying to my emails or calling me back. Its causing stress and money I cannot afford to lose. Bug scam should be shut down. I have recorded all previous phone calls all emails and took a video where they added insurance that was cashback. Unprofessional thieves and scammers do not trust do not trade with them. I tried 500plus trading and was able to withdraw my money in a day when I was unable to make a profit that's how it should be if you want to withdraw you don't need their permission it's your money not theirs. I just had a call from Mario insulting me also threatening me if I don't delete my review I will never see my money again and shouting you only put 200 not million get over yourself you wasting my time. On the 04/06/19 instead of withdrawal confirmation I get an email saying;
Thank you for your previous email. 
We do understand your concerns. 
We have informed the trading department about your queries. 
A mentor will shall assist you and guide you throughout.Today I only have £57 in the account when I did not trade this company is taking all my money without my permission so they don't have to pay out also denying the call I received on WhatsApp please do not trust or trade with them they have no morals or remorse my bank is trying to deal with it and it will take time but I am fuming as it's not nice what they doing to me, please help spread the word to stop these scum bags from continuing to steal from hard working individuals like myself and anyone else out there.

Does anyone know how and who I can report this company to please.

It's a scam stay well clear of them. You have all my details why come on here trying to justify anything you have done . You are a scam and scum just like rimarkets and profit-trade, stay away people only sign up with a verified broker and a regulated 1 at that . Here's 1 first u scum infinitrade, who you regulated by , let me answer dat u scum , nobody because you are not a real broker this I found out the hard way . Lesson learned hope you get your just deserts u bunch of scum. I send you an email every day and you never reply . Stop trying to hide what you are doing you scammers. Thank god for the bank and credit card companies charge back protocols. If I had not of seen you for what you are ( a scam ) within 120 days I would have lost everything.

Hello from australia im writing my review on these scammers to inform everyone that may consider dealing with this company to avoid them unless you are out to give donations to crooks i have a trading platform which i use often and am very happy with (governed buy asic ) and when i was called from this company i didnt fell uncomfortable at all so i invested the amount of 250 usd to start off and from there seemed like it was a good so when i was called buy my acc manager each afternoon saying what and why he was trading on certain markets was to lure me into trading with a stronger acc so still at this stage i was fine with it i invested more with them and he still said that once i reach above the 10000 usd my acount would be strong enough to make much safer stronger positions in the market and for anyone that trades knows that this is true if you arnt being dudded out of your money so i decided to sell my shares that were all moving up but moving slowly and invest with them and the same afternoon that i brought my account up over the 10000 usd amount they automaticaly started draning my acc and still to now i get emails saying that there are margine calls and invest more money going against all my orders to withdraw money and support saying i theatend them and will not talk to me on the phone any more because i said to them that they werent very professional that they couldnt allow me to talk to finance they are the lowest slimy scumbags that i have ever had the misfortune to allow myself to have been scammed by i hope that people read this review and make an informed choice before trading like i now have thankyou for taking you time to read this review and best of luck with all your future choices

Withdrawal is impossible.
They are not 100% fair even for clients in Belgium.

I've sendet all ready 20 mails for asking withdrawal, but they say, make the amount and push button withdrawel, very easy.

When I push withdrawal, I'll be send to my account page, everytime the same process without result.

This is scam!

i dont know about the people writing…

i dont know about the people writing good stuff about this company....or they worked for them or paid them to write......i deposit and since they get my deposit things change.....for 3days now i have been fighting and begging them to get my money back which is very hard.....they promise that i can get back my money if i dont want...i never ever started trade with them......anyone that knows them should help me beg them to return my money.
