Bought a bunch of (turned out) incompatible cartridges this July. My HP failed to recognise non authentic chips. Guess what? They simply bailed out on me - no response for 2 months already. Not a bigh deal - but worthy of you to know what is this company about.

Cowboy Company who send out faulty cartridges but don't replace or refund you for them.
Bought on ebay from them where they are known as inknation and only have a score rating of 2.1 on Trustpilot which shows that they are a untrustworthy Cowboy company.
Avoid this company plenty of better cheaper options on ebay and Amazon.

High power LED bulbs that produce bright white daylight (6500K) are hard to find. Getting a 4-pack of Energiser branded bulbs at a good price was value for money. Delivery via the Post Office was reasonably fast. Thanks.

I purchased a small battery pack via Amazon delivered by Ink Jungle. After NINE days this product has not arrived. They have fobbed me off and blamed Royal Mail. They also put up barriers not to refund my purchase. Beware!

Used a black and colour Canon ink replacements, after 7 pages the black ink was empty, am contacting them through Amazon, awaiting a reply but not holding my breath after reading some trustpilot reviews contacted by Kelly and given advice how to sort it out and it worked so all good

Bought 4 toner cartridges - Printer refused first one - phoned contact number - left message and completed web form no response - will use small claims court and trading standards to recover if necessary

they sent the wrong cartidges for my xp expressions 2205 . when i tried to contact them ,they said they had no record of me ordering the ink cartridges . the address on the receipt does not match the one on the web site . they were recommended by ebay too.i have cartridges that i cannot use ..

Despite ordering ink cartridges for the Canon pixma ts5151 printer. They supplied cartridges that are totally incompatible with this printer. Try to contact them by phone is proving impossible, goes to answer phone every time.

Bought ink. Inserted it in printer. Says low on ink. Sent them an email. They said it's ok. Once it stops printing then buy more ink. No good if your printing legal papers yhen find out you can't print last page. You'll be stuck. Not very helpful. Should've read the reviews or payed more money for better ink

Yet another bad review for this company. Bought HP set of cartridges . warranty date carefully covered over with a sticker, but when peeled off, all passed warranty date even though website says long date. Black didn’t work as not recognised by printer as genuine HP. DONT USE THESE GUYS, THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS STILL FIGHTING FOR A REFUND

Ordered some ink cartridges from inkjungle never again, the color was all most empty and the black didn't work at all,didn't get much help from inkjungle so Ordered from a different company.

No response despite multiple attempts to contact. Avoid like the plague.

Awful. The first cartridges I received were almost empty and the replacement only had blue/green ink. I have requested a full refund, but I wish I had read the other reviews on here before purchasing. Avoid this company!

I bought a refilled cartridge from them which stopped working after barely being used. They told me to soak it in warm water and that did solve the problem. However, this is not the quality of product I expect nor do I really expect to have to carry out my own 'repairs'. It's okay now but for how long?

Scam, installed ink & printed 2 pages and now its empty, do not buy.

Appalling. I paid £29.95 for black 21ml ink and colour 15ml ink. After literally 22 pages of black print the black ink cartridge was empty. I never used any colour ink but on shaking the cartridge it sounds totally empty. I have tried to contact via their 'contact us' but after completing the form it 'zaps off' before sending and empties all information. I feel conned out of almost £30. Disgusting!

I wish I had done so, I ordered cartridges based on the price but due to the bad search results managed to order the wrong ones - my fault I know but when trying to contact to ask what to do about returning them, you get no response. £40+ wasted.

I Brought through Amazon twin pack HP301XL Black and Colour sent me 2 black cartridges,Contacted Ink Jungle through Amazon for return or replacement they want to charge me postage for that privilege, and what a palava trying getting a direct answer from Ink Jungle,
