Unable to use product successfully and when asked for help from their 24/7 HELP LINE, none forthcoming. No email, no follow up. Now waiting for A refund..

Very simple process.
1. Select what you want.
2. Pay for it (bit of trepidation here - can I trust them?).
3. Fear not! Get an email within a few minutes with a link to the location of the software on Microsoft's site; also contains the product key you need.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the product (Office Pro ordered so its a hefty download!) and enter the product key when requested.
5. Bingo! Bobs your uncle! and any other expressions which mean Job Done!

Definitely recommended.

Great service, download only takes a couple of minutes and you're up and running.

The cheapest Microsoft product I could find. I had a little problem loading it but called Microsoft and they helped out, just brill. I would highly recommend this company especially if they can keep the price down. I have been without word for years because of cost this is the way forward. Well done Instant Software Keys.
Good few months on Outlook wont load the company has disappeared and Microsoft not interested bad buy that sucks.

fast efficient service, would recommend +++

OK Folk's, as an old timer! I can only say I am totally chuffed with the product and outfit. If I need I will be straight back for more.

Excellent company, key code was delivered very quickly, just a few minutes. Could not be happier. Great service thanks

I paid my money and they never delivered the goods to me. All my emails were unanswered. These people are Crooks and I will never recommend them to anyone.
I have already reviewed these clowns, stating that they were crooks that never delivered my goods and ignored my email queries. Their response was that I have never purchased anything from their website. So why do did I receive a unsolicited mail from them recently claiming that they have delivered my goods Order #1001 (not true) and why do I still receive requests to review their service - if I never purchased anything from them as they claim!!??
Please do not ask me to review them again.

You know when you see something and it’s just to good to be true, well there’s something that is true ..! What more can I say A1 service too

Great service, fast download, does exactly what it says on the tin.
PS prices great too

really fast download and easy activation. very good service and no issues. very competitive pricing too

Great value for money and got access to excel immediately after the download.

Bogus key was sent to me. I tried numerous times to get the issue resolved, but after sending another key that didn't work, they then started to ignore all my emails.
I had to go to my bank to try and get my money back

I've not given 5* because I think it's my fault! It's complicated, but I run an XP machine (by necessity) within a W7 machine, XL under W7 is absolutely fine, is licensed without problems. When running the XL sub-machine, it's been fine until recently, but within the past 10 days, it's been asking me to input the key - and it's counting down the days.

I simply can't remember from where XL running under XP came from, but it may have been a multi-corporate license: I've tried BeLarc Advisor which, incidentally, is very good - but it reports on the MSW7 machine and not the XP sub-machine, thus can't find the codes I require.

Well, I've only wasted c. £25 - forget it! But, if anyone has any advice as to how to tackle this, I'd be extremely grateful!

I think this site is good - it did what it said it would, but I'm old (!) and can't fathom how to sort this out. I'm worried because a piece of my XP-only software exports into XL, and it may not work in 3 weeks time.

Can anyone help??

With many thanks,

Perry
