Being an owner of an older MAC, it was refreshing to be able to find a replacement for the version of Office that I lost. The product I downloaded worked great and the process of installing it was flawless. Would recommend this to anyone looking for any of the Microsoft Office products. Also they were quick to respond to any questions I had as well.

This WOULD have been a solid 5 Star Review. However, I purchased 4 different keys from this company to upgrade my computer. 2 of them worked perfectly. One of them, I am going to assume was an iD10T Error on my part, but I was able to resolve it on my own. The 4th Key from the very beginning stated that this key had been used the maximum number of allotted times when I tried to activate my Microsoft Office 2019 Pro. I have been emailing their customer support daily and I would love it if I could actually talk to someone. But they still have never responded to any of my emails. If it wasn't for this, this company would be awesome. I hate that I am having these troubles. If they would get back to me and correct this issue, I would update it to a 5 star review...

I have updated my review to a 3 instead of the 1 that I originally gave. After dozens of emails and then 78 hours of waiting on the chat, I finally got all the problems fixed. It is frustrating, but for the price, I would purchase again. My recommendation though is to be prepared to download and activate your purchases AS SOON as you receive the codes. My guess is that this would have made it a much easier process. I know that I said I would update to a 5 star, but I feel that the "Customer Service" I received was cause for a 2.5 to 3 star at best. Great Prices though, but you might have to work for it...

They are dishonest, they say 100% money back guarantee and than threaten you with a law suit if you dispute the charge. Don't deal with them. They are not a US based company.

Rip off scam. You will never get your software to work a d no one will ever respond to offer help. And they will never refund your money.

Ordered Microsoft Office 19 plus pro from spotkeys.com and promptly received a serial number which allowed me to download and install Office 19. Would not activate! Had to jump through many hoops and Microsoft activation process continuously would not accept. I emailed spotkeys.com with screenshots and received a new serial number with the instructions to remove all MS Office programs before loading... then reinstall! Done and done. New serial number turns out to be MS Office 16. I emailed spotkeys.com again and received a new serial number and, you guessed it, had to delete all MS Office programs before reinstalling. Done and done. The new installation Will Not Activate!
spotkeys.com advertises 100% Money Back Guarantee and specifically states in their return policy that if their products fail to activate that you are entitled to a refund. They refuse and just keep sending new serial numbers for me to try. I couldn't waste any more time on this and ordered elsewhere. I will never buy from spotkeys.com again.

Fraud company. This company has tieup with hackers or they themselves are. They steal credit card details and try to steal your money. I never created an account with them or made any payment, but I received 2 emails where they tried charging me credit card information.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I purchased this product. The download didn't work and the vendor refused to give a refund. After wrangling with them for a few days, I decided to be safer and purchased a disk to use for the download. Now I'm out $39.95 USD (also didn't realize they were not in the US). Shame on me for not doing my homework. I won't take a risk on a shaky deal like this again, since they have my money and I don't have a product.

I am appalled by the service received! Item purchased in good faith with nothing but issues. The first item did not work with the aligned codes, nor any subsequent codes. Another item was issued and another code that did not work.

Contact was made on the 24 hour helpline, however simple text message responses just said try again, this is not a helpline!

When further messaged by email regarding this, read receipts were received, but after ten emails over five weeks, with no response, there are no other contact details and as such at a loss.

This is felt to be very unprofessional and I am sure that this breaks numerous advertising laws, I believe trading standards would be interested in this false advertising and misleading information leading to customer financial loss and inconvenience.

The item still does not work and we have still not received a refund of the items purchased.

The item had to be purchased ELSEWHERE and thankfully works, along with a very positive helpline for queries.

Totally online, instant service, great - product key issue promptly resolved by LiveChat.

Mis-sold a licence for a pre-paid Microsoft Office 365 account, which is not transferable to an existing subscription. NO mention of this on the item description. Refused to refund. Avoid these scammers.

This "company" is a huge scam and is most likely a teenager in his bedroom who has hit upon a good, but illegal, money-making scheme.

I work in IT and while I can't be 100% certain, what I assume is happening when you buy a "pre-paid" product is that you are given a log-in email and password to a cracked copy of Office 365.
Presumably he then has alerts set to cancel your account after a year, when you will need to give him another payment to carry on.
This then allows you to log in to Office and download the software but you can not add the year to your own account.

If all that sounds a bit dodgy, it's because it is!
What you are effectively doing is logging into his account, so any personal files or private photos you open in Excel or add to your OneDrive?
Guess who else has the username and password.
Changing the password won't help either as the email address linked to the password change goes to him.

It is also interesting that every product has a 5-star review but they are all written in a very similar style with the same grammar mistakes!

All this is irrelevant now anyway as he has closed Instant Software Keys and has re-opened as FastSoftware.
Strangely enough, his base of operations has now moved from a non-existent office in Leeds (I live in Leeds, I looked it up) to a probably non-existent base in London.
So it's nice that he's made enough to move down to London, I guess!

AVOID THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY!!! I purchased what I believed to be a 12 Month Office 365 Prepaid Subscription (described on their website as a Prepaid Account). Beware, you will not get a product key. All you get is a random email address and password to use so you can log on and download Office. This means that you cannot sync your previous Office account if it is/has expired meaning you lose all access to your Onedrive Account. There is no warning whatsoever about this on their wesbite or the product page. I have since noticed other sites selling this type of Prepaid Account but they all carry full & descpritive details of it's limitations. Instant Software Keys tells you nothing until you try to contact them and ask for a refund, at which point you get told to get lost, it's your own fault because you should have known what a Prepaid Account was! They claim to offer a 100% money back guarantee but again this is a total lie as they insist it's your own fault and that's not covered by their guarantee. They ignore emails, the live chat button has now disappeared from their website, if you try and call them you get a recorded message saying that you cannot leave a message as their mailbox is full (really, why am I surprised?) and if you text you get basically the same thing as said above, it's your own fault, you should have known what a Prepaid Account was, you are not having a refund, tough luck and go away! I am reporting them to my credit card company as a fraudulent company and transaction in the hope that I can get some of my money back. Disgusting scam of a company and even more appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs. Did not want to award any stars as they don't deserve any but awarding 1 star is the only way you can leave your review. Be very wary! Avoid this company at all costs!

I purchased Microsoft Office 2016 for Home and Business. The verifiction code has clearly already been redeemed as Microsoft are saying it's invalid. I've contacted whoever is behind this company around 10 times via email and text (also tried to phone but my call was ignored). I have had a couple of very vague responses sating 'uninstall and reinstall' with no further messages answering any of my questions. I've now requested a refund which has been ignored too. I had purchased this for home use but work in the technology field and will most definitely will be telling people to avoid. My money has been taken and I'm left with a product that won't work. It's theft.
