This was my first year with Insure2Drive for motor insurance. I wasn’t sure at first if they were a reliable company, but when my son had an accident, they acted quickly and handled our claim efficiently. I was very satisfied with their prompt and professional service.

Found on Compare The Market website....& proved to be the cheapest option for the wife's car renewal including my 18 year old son as a named driver .....the big plus for me was a customer helpline where you can talk to a person & not some stupid AI chatbox droid like other insurance providers.....

Insure2drive is a joke…paid over £170 a month and when my house was broken into and my cars keys were taken to steel my car and they won’t pay out as I didn't have a tracker subscription something that’s not made clear in my policy details and also not sure what it would of done as was told by the police the tracker would be the first thing the car thrives would of deactivated. They have since cancelled my policy and I’m now left with a very large car payment every month and will not be able to afford another car. They cancelled my policy and then had the audacity to send me an email to say that my policy has been cancelled and that it’s illegal to drive my car without insurance when I have no car and just to add insult to injury then sent me an email to say I’m due them over £800 as my policy was cancelled early! I’m not sure why we pay insurance as when we need help they always have a way to not pay out! I’m now in a financial mess with no way forward!

Only giving them 1 star as trip adviser doesnt do a zero star . Got caught speeding and the government approved theft Insure2drive adjusted my policy, had to pay extra £350 within 7 days or policy cancelled. Was going to cancel policy but was told ill loose £700 out of the £1200 price paid 2 months ago.

Absolute con artists, after I had paid in full for my policy they emailed to say do you require commuting on you policy as it’s not included even though I had stated that I wanted cover including commuting before I took out the policy, I call them to be told it’s an extra £80! And tried to blame compare the market for the error.
So I say I want to cancel the policy that I took out the day before (well within the 14 day cooling off period) to be told that I would be charged £40!
That’s without me using even a single day of cover as the policy was not due to start for another two weeks!
I’m yet to find where that’s supposed to be stated in the policy documents I was emailed, oh wait it’s not even in there! Nor on the terms on their website!
Safe to say I will definitely never be taking out insurance with these con artists again.
Good luck if you ever need to claim as I’m Sure they would find some excuse to get out of sorting that out too!

having just purchased the car insurance policy - it was smooth and reasonably priced.

Don't sign up with these guys. Overpriced and poor service Got insurance for my son (provisional) and I in April. Premium was £1300 which was reasonable. Son has since passed his test. Got a new quote, which was £3k plus, which is too much. So I asked to take my son off the insurance. They stated an increase in fee of £95, which I thought was a bit steep. However, there is no reduction in my premium even though I usually only pay £30ish per month, which is what they quoted at start of policy. So I am expected to continue to to pay £100 month. So, I've removed the learner driver and my premiums are more expensive. Makes total sense!! 🤣 Edit: In all fairness, after i complained, I got a call from head office, and they agreed to end my insurance with no additional charge. So fair play to them. 👍
