I bought an i9 EVO Pro Music PC from Inta Audio. I am very happy with it. The build quality is excellent. The customer service from Kieran was helpful and accurate. The build and delivery times were fast too - even during the COVID-19 crisis. I thoroughly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

Really fast delivery even with the uncertainty going on right now, product was spot on, will definitely be using them again!

I brought a recording pack to play around with some ideas while stuck at home, and even with the lockdown it was delivered within 2 days of ordering with the free delivery.

Use CPC UK instead, much better seller.

Found a piano stand on Amazon for a good price. Page stated free delivery to my postcode. Placed order. Paid. Waited two days and received Amazon notification that order was cancelled by seller (Inta Audio).

Contacted Amazon who emailed seller on my behalf. They replied, stating that courier doesn't deliver to my location due to Coronavirus. Nonsense. They just take a bit longer.

More likely, the seller decided they didn't want to post to Highlands for free, as advertised and sold.

Once the order is accepted and payment taken there is a contract. I couldn't be bothered pursuing that route. Found the exact same stand at the same price with free delivery from CPC UK.

Will not be knowingly visiting Inta Audio again.

You order and they don’t tell you any information.

Then when you call to find out the problem they are extremely unhelpful and not pro active in my purchase.

Ended up cancelling and buying elsewhere.

Now imagine if you had to fix or send back a purchase, what kind of customer service you would receive after they have your money?

Bought a plug-in and a set of headphones and on all accounts I’m disappointed. I’ve not had a confirmation email regarding my order, no download link for my plugin and why?

They are closed over weekends which to be honest, just isn’t good enough. It doesn’t say anywhere during the purchasing process that nothing will be sent out or emailed to you until the next available working day. So now I’ve just spent £100+ on a plug-in that I can’t use until NEXT weekend. I bought it on Friday ready for the weekend, had I’d known you were closed on weekends I’d have gone somewhere else.

I’m not one for complaining but this has ruined my weekend I had planned for just music as I work long hours during the week; so thanks a bunch.

Not impressed, massively inconvenient considering I’ve just spent over £200 and not even received a confirmation email.

What adds to the fire is their help team isn’t even available on weekends either, meaning my message I’ve sent to them won’t even get seen until god knows when next week.

Tempted to apply for a refund in truth.

This company use Parcelforce for their deliveries. It's now taken two and a half weeks to receive my item. Don't expect your item to turn up on time or even at all. Use another site that doesn't use Parcelforce instead.

Upgraded to Cubase Pro 10.5 from AI
Upgrade was a good price, cheaper than the Steinberg website. package arrived in 2 working days on Xmas Eve, which is probably the busiest postal day of the year.
Was able to track postage live on Percelforce site, so had an idea when it was arriving so could plan day around that.

Convenient and good, so happy to use again.

I've bought three systems from Inta over a number of years ... All have been fantastic, reliable units. On the rare occasion I've ever needed support, the support and help given has been first class !
They recently did a 'remote assistance' service on my system and helped me sort a number of issues along the way ( thanks Kieron - top man !! ).
Inta have been around a fairly long while now and they know what they're doing - that is proving well spec'd machines, at good prices with solid aftercare support. What more could you want from a DAW/music Pc specialist ?!

I recently bought EWQL's RA software instrument from Inta Audio... I was initially worried because it was such a good price! Surely something must be wrong! 4 years after buying my music PC from Inta Audio, the customer support is still second to none. A couple of weeks ago my PC suddenly became very noisy, and sounded like it was being powered by a diesel engine. I assumed it was one of the fans that needed replacing, and after opening it up and identifying which one was the culprit, I rang Inta Audio to get advice on replacing it. Instead of simply selling me something I didn't actually need, I got 2 hours of intensive troubleshooting which ended with my PC back to its lovely quiet self. Not only do Inta Audio sell exceptional machines (my husband and I have been buying our music PCs from them for nearly 15 years now), they run their business with the kind of integrity that is really hard to find these days. I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a specialist music computer. They have systems to suit all budgets.
