As I now work from home I needed a stand for my laptop, this stand is great value for money and does the job without paying silly money, so consider this before you choose any thing else.

Problem with postage ( due to Parcelforce ) not inta Audio. But I needed their guidance on what to do and options if the item never arrived. I had emails ignored and not very helpful customer service at all. Got one reply but any further emails were just ignored. it is if they did not care as they already sold the item and the delivery was not their responsibility, so not their problem. Will not use again.

I always find the staff helpful and they have great customer service when I need it.

i ordered a software download which didn't arrive, so after a couple of days i called inta and was dealt with courteously and professionally and it was sorted straight away and the download arrived almost before i put the phone down . so i took off a star for the mistake and replaced it for customer service. i'd be happy to shop with inta again

I have bought from Inta Audio before. They offer a great range of products at competitive prices. Plus a very efficient delivery service. I will buy from them again.

They took my money and gave me a dud code for the download that I paid £189 for. Just weren`t interested to help me out.

Blamed other companies.

I just want to congratulate Inta Audio on their customer service (again). I bought a custom-spec PC from Inta Audio 2.5 years ago so, you know, long enough for most companies not to care about you any more. I wanted to upgrade some components, which IA doesn't even do, but it didn't stop them taking the time to advise me on what I should get, what would be compatible with my build, and so on. Great service.

It took me 2 years to get from "must replace PC" to actually doing it, and at both ends of the timescale got great help and advice from Inta. No upselling but exactly what I needed. Kieran kept in touch at all times during Covid lockdown, and even managed to get replacement monitor sent out the same day after DPD had played football with the first one. Even minor queries to sort spec. before build dealt with instantly. PC silent and rock solid (i7 EVO Pro). 3ms latency at 48kHz on 50+ tracks of choir with multiple live-process pitch adjustments in Cubase and CPU hungry cathedral reverbs, and glitch-free playback with no need to increase buffer size. Oh, and it's frequently running tedious necessary things in the background plus Google Meets and Active Presenter Video Recordings for remote teaching without any conflicts with the music side. Delighted customer!
