Very good store

I ordered 2 LEGO sets,i got the message they will send with DHL i got 2 trackingnumber..1 set was arrived but the otherone still not.
Intertoys say i need to wait,they need to be check whats happened..but i have been waiting more than 1 week but still nothing happening.

I still did not received my goods. From Utrech shop to Hilversum it took a week and still did not come

Everything went well on the website but I didn't receive my order, I have an issue with DHL about it, so I am still trying to figure it out.

I order a Playstation 5 on December 21st 2024 package jad to be delivered December 23rd 2024 by DHL. I was home the whole day waiting for my package to reach when i look at the site from DHL its says package was delivered so I ask myself to whomever when I Been home and nobody ring my bell for me to open. I keep looking and to my surprise the package was signed by somebody that wasn't me. I went asking my neighbors and they said they don't have my package. I send Intertoys a email telling them about the situation and I make sure screenshot the signature of the person who sign for my package and I send a picture of my passport. I show proof that it wasn't me who sign. Intertoys said they will start a onderzoek which took them a whole month when the site says it takes 3 days. I give it over to klarna they paused the payment to do the investigation aswell. Now 23rd of January 2025 Intertoys going to send klarna an email saying that they provide shipping evidence how the hell they will provide evidence when I never receive no package whoever sign for my package is a wicked person if you see the name on the package is not for you why stay with my package. DhL make is seem that they delivered it to my adres when it was never delivered to me. I am so flekking mad that It was declined because Intertoys said something that it's not so and they got proof of my passport with my signature and I never received no package. Now I have to pay for a PlayStation 5 of 549 euro while somebody else is enjoying the damn game and I am the fool who never receive the package which was a Christmas gift for my son. I will carry Intertoys to courts because this matter is not going to stay like this I want back my money or another playstation 5. Whoever took the playstation 5 should be held responsible for that and not me. Set of thief Intertoys and DHL are for saying the package was delivered to my address when it never wasand somebody fake sign making it seem it was me. DhL is wrong for not asking for proof to see if that person was the right person they deliver the package to. They have a God and I know I never receive no package. Karma will get Intertoys and DHL and the person who stole the PlayStation 5. Enjoy the playstation 5 because you all day will come for taking a package that wasn't for you all.

Terrible experience and customer service

Clear delivery dates within the checkout process - really important when it comes to receiving big toy deliveries around Christmas time for various reasons. Fair prices and easy checkout!

We bought a remote control toy car whilst on holiday in Holland this summer but unfortunately after only a few hours use it no longer worked. After contacting Intertoys the customer service department responded quickly however it took a total of 2 weeks to finally explain the problem. Unfortunately the final response was to return the car to the shop where it was purchased, a return trip of almost 600 KM, the fuel costs alone would cost me 3 times the purchase price: No further option such as a parcel service was offered, in today's modern society almost standard practice, it looks like I will be using that big American company that begins with A for any further purchases

Product delivered on time and as requested.

I ordered an item for 500 euros, dhl driver left it outside the door, where the item was damaged from rain and snow, after an contact with costumer service, they’re solution is for me to go to closest store near me and search solution there.
But, closest STORES near me doesn’t have this item in stock anymore. Store that does have it, is 132km from me.
After a call with them, like hey: can you send this item from one store to another so I can exchange it, and not have a damaged item, the answers are no, and that they don’t have other solutions.

So beware if you order something expensive and really don’t want it to be damaged, cause Intertoys does not care about their costumers and their items.
