Generally I am happy with Ipvanish
Generally I am happy with Ipvanish. Sometimes it is a little slow to populate a new IP address. Also to renewal fee after the first year is a little steep. $170.00 for a year is too much for the amount of time I use this program. This will force me to find another next year when my subscription runs out. Cheers.

Beware of auto-renewal
I haven’t used IPVanish for a long time. My subscription was auto-renewed without receiving the reminder email that their FAQ says should be sent. After contacting support, a refund was promised, but a discounted new annual plan was applied to my account without my consent, even though I had clearly stated I wasn’t interested. The issue was only resolved after multiple messages.

Excellent. Works great I find it very useful. And easy to set up.
I can be anywhere in the world.
It's handy to Access UK TV stations from Ireland which are Geo blocked It works for me. And at a reasonable price point.

I called to cancel my service
I called to cancel my service, due to not using it, THAT being because if ignorance to the program. I was not "schooled" on the benefits of the program when I signed up several years ago, therefore never made good use of what I was paying for. Luis M. however, took time with me to explain the program and actually saved your company an account. He is a very patient, kind young man, very knowledgeable of his job and the program's benefits. I would like to commend him for an excellent job, and hope he receives due recognition.

I did think ipvanish worked really well…but beware
I did think ipvanish worked really well I did actually like it very much. But I had a problem when I came to cancel my subscription. I don't like dealing with company that make it very difficult to end a subscription and decide to trap people when they want to cancel.
