Delivery times are a joke
Delivery times are a joke. This is the second time I have paid £4.99 for Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery and waited a week for Isobaa to get the item to them. Royal Mail are still not in receipt of my parcel even though Isobaa claim to have dispatched to them a week ago! Never again.
Standard expected A.I. reply below. Perhaps you could explain about estimated delivery due to your distribution from EU before purchase!

We’re really sorry for the frustration this has caused and understand why the delay is disappointing.
Your order is shipping from our EU warehouse, which means there is an additional transit stage before it reaches Royal Mail in the UK. Once Royal Mail receive the parcel, it is sent using the RM48 tracked service. The delivery timeframe for RM48 begins after Royal Mail have the item in their network, not from the point it leaves our EU warehouse.
We appreciate that this wasn’t clear and apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Our team is continuing to monitor your parcel and it should reach Royal Mail this week so final delivery can proceed.

Excellent Garments
I have half a dozen short sleeved polo shirts in different colours - stylish, fit well, warm when wet. Pleased to see that they are now available in muted greens/browns. (I'm 6'3, 44' chest, XL hugs nicely but XXL if you'd like more room.)

Isobaa have excellent products
Isobaa have excellent products, good value in the sale and easy free returns which makes ordering relatively risk free. Aside from the risk you will like too many of their products and spend too much. They wash well, they have great colours. They don’t pill. They are soft.

Great Warmth at Bargain Price
Isobaa sells high quality Merino Wool at very affordable prices. The long-sleeved tee shirt I bought is great for cold days, adds real warmth at a low weight. It also looks great and the sale price of £40 was fantastic for merino wool. Highly recommended.

Very poor quality control, rubbish
What can I say, first time purchasing and I was hoping this would be my new go to brand for merino. How wrong I was…
Ordered 3 of the hooded merino mid layer tops and although the same size was ordered, all 3 are completely different, to the point where I thought one garment was a child’s by mistake.
Shocking quality control, really disappointing over priced rubbish

Perfect for winter hiking
I love Isobaa tops and use them all year round. The long sleeve merino tops are perfect for our winter hiking and skiing. The material is soft to the touch unlike some merino products and dry quickly when travelling. I have several of the tops in various colours!

Lovely product but it got holey waaay too quickly.
Womems t-shirts M (I'm UK10/12). Great fit, colour options and feel/weight, love them. Wore to bits for 3/4 weeks but prior to 1st wash discovered one shirt had developed small holes under left armpit and around belly, as if the weave had just given up. Bit sad as I really like the product otherwise.

I purchased a few Isobaa things (fleece tops, ski socks, regular socks) via SportPursuit. Really pleased with the quality which is great for the price. I’m certain to buy from them again but I’ll probably wait for a sale rather than full price as that is often a bit beyond what I’d usually want to pay for stuff.
