Let me start by saying I loved Isolated Heroes. Their clothes are beautiful and I love what they stand for such as sustainability. I had bought from them before however, I ordered two items from IH and it took 54 days for the order to be complete and delivered. Their website claims it should be around 21 days.
Throughout this time I was chasing them and messages and emails went unanswered. At one point when I was able to talk to someone, I explained the outfit was for an event and was concerned it wouldn’t be there on time despite it being over 21 days since my initial order and I was guaranteed it would be with me for it. It was not. Not even close. I was also lied to numerous times about items being sent out.
During this time they were constantly posting on social media about collections for other things such as Taylor Swift and Dundee Pride which is wonderful for the business but it seems their everyday orders took a backseat because of it which doesn’t seem right.
Samantha, the owner, replied to a message through Instagram explaining the business had downsized which is absolutely fair but there was no communication about anything and I had clearly been lied to already and it felt disingenuous when they’re posting about working on other things. If your business is overwhelmed, pause taking orders?
She did offer to cancel my order but I declined as I was so far into it that I wanted the item.
My items arrived and they’re beautiful and well made but unfortunately I’m sad to say, I won’t be buying from them again.

i’ve bought from isolated heros many times and most recently bought one of there boxy crop t-shirts and a couple of there jumbo scrunches. honestly the quality of the product i received was absolutely amazing. the communication that i received from the brand about my order was also flawless, isolates do take around a week or two to send your product but i completely understand why. i wouldn’t recommend a brand more. will definitely be buying from here again

I am not normally one to write a review, but feel this needs saying. The theme of my hen party is Sparkly AF and when I discovered Isolated Heroes and their products which are not only sparkly AF but also sustainable slow fashion, I was DELIGHTED. Customer service was great as I wasn’t sure what size to buy and they were able to talk me through things to make sure I got my order right.

I placed my order for a gorgeous gold dress eight weeks ago (15 May) and have received nothing. Lead time on the website is 21 days. I reached out after five weeks and was told it would ship two days later. It shipped 10 days later. Since then, whenever I try to track the item, the Royal Mail site still states that they are expecting the order. Despite the dispatch notification it clearly still has not been shipped.

I have reached out three times in the last week to Isolated Heroes, by email and via online chat and have received no response.

My hen party is at the end of next week and I am now having to rush around at the last minute to find something to wear. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement and to say that this has really cast a shadow over what ought to have been a really fabulous occasion would not be an exaggeration.

I've spent 2 years covering their sequin dresses and finally found a good reason to buy one, and I don't regret it at all! Beautiful dress and a lovely company to support.

Great customer service and great communication. I have ordered several times from this retailer and have always been extremely pleased with my order.

Ordered a 12 which is a size down for me and the dress was still very big. The styles are very boxy. No refund policy only exchange or credit note.

I put my order through hoping the item would arrive hoping for a specific event… that time cane and went and when i contacted the shop (no tel number) they sent 1 email reply asking for my order num which i duly provided, then nothing.

Ordered a custom dress for the Eras Tour. The process was so easy! Sam booked me in for a design consultation straight away and from my vague ideas she had a rough sketch drawn out of my custom dress and we chose the fabrics/colours. I wanted something a little special for the Eras tour and the final outfit was everything I imagined, is such high quality and is one of the most comfy dresses I own. I got so many compliments on it the entire time I was wearing it. If you’re in doubt whether to order (especially a more expensive item such as a custom) - do it! You will not regret it. Big thanks to Sam and all the team at Isolated Heroes!

I had to request a refund after 7 weeks, numerous efforts made and I was told it’ll be sent soon including an occasion they said they would send it out that day. Was also told a big wholesale order came in that needed to be done first . Kinda felt like the emails were patronising as well. Dunno what I did other first born

I’ve been waiting nearly 5 weeks for a handbag. I’ve messaged with my
Order number twice now to ask for an update and haven’t heard anything yet.

I can’t thank Sam & the team at Isolated Heroes enough for the beautiful custom Eras dress that they made for me. From the first Consultation to conclusion, the service was first class. Sam really helped me bring my vision to life (and more). The dress itself was finished to the highest standard and the details were simply stunning. I have already recommended Isolated Heroes to friends & will definitely be purchasing more items in the future. Thank you again!

Inquired about a custom dress for the eras tour and heard back straight away from Sam at isolated hero’s. She said they could make exactly what I wanted and in time for my eras date. I received the dress in time and wore it for my show. It’s perfect and exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much! I can’t wait to wear it again to my next eras show in August

Absolutely incredible.

I had been eyeing up the Moonlight mini for an upcoming Taylor Swift gig. I noticed they were doing a 10% sale, so I put it in my basket, just to see how much it would be. But I didn’t complete the sale.

I then got an amazing email from the founder Sam, who even offered to bring the dress local to me to save postage. I was sold!

The level of customer service blew me away! Sam and her team really care about the members of the Sequin Squad. They even helped me source a pair of white cowboy boots that they were clearing out.

Eras Tour outfit complete!

Purchased the teal carnival midi dress and love it! Have worn it to a couple of event with Taylor Swift gig being one of them and at every occasion have had so many compliments about the dress! A great Scottish brand making and designing some fantastic clothing that’s size inclusive too!

Love my mermaid sequin boxy crop, felt amazing being part of the sequin squad at the Eras Tour!

I’ve worn it before with a high waisted skirt but this time wore it with jeans and a black vest underneath for warmth! It’s such a versatile, comfy top but feels really special too, I love the neck line.
